I've activated 449 plan which gives 2gb
4g data per day.in last few weeks whenever i connect data in my desktop, it is getting exhausted in fraction of seconds. Before that 600-800mb or max 1.2gb only was used a day.
Nowadays, net shows h/h+ and when i just connect to my desktop, data gets exhausted and even then not even a single page is getting loaded in my desktop, can't even access my outlook since the net is so slow. When i use my bsnl connection i'm loosing max 500mb only, and even with h pages are getting loaded so easily.
Today i lost 1gb within 10min after connecting to desktop and got message saying my data is exhausted. I don't wat happened to my other 1gb. My daily pack shows only 1gb now. My offer is valid till june 24th. How can 1gb simply be reduced from the active pack which provided 2gb data till yesterday.
Could not call customer care executive to complain about the same. None of the numbers they provide connect to any customer care executive. Vodafone is simply cheating.
