The incoming calls and sms service on my vodafone number is restricted from 14th june 2020 without any intimation.
I am following up for the same since a week with the vodafone store at prabhadevi and have not received any resolution for the same. As per their guidance i have also written my concern to the appellate. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com but have not received any resolution from them as well.
This inconvenience and negligence from their side has caused me a monetary loss since i am not reachable to my clients for service.

      Respected sir
      I had recharged my vodafone no. [protected] through my vodafone app on 22 may 2020. According to app i had recharged my no. Of 599 through double data offer i. E.., i will receive 1.5gb+1.5 gb data. And 5gb extra data. But now it's 19 june i am getting only 1.5gb data. I had contacted with the supervisor named rajan. He told me that the double data offer had expired in 20 may. How is this possible. They are cheating with us.

            I've recharged my vodafone number [[protected]] on 17 june 2020 @11am ist with ₹299 4gb/day unlimited pack. I am able to call but i am not able to use my internet service. Network is showing 5 bars but there's no internet, up east india.
            Please help me regarding this problem.
            I need immediate action from your side.

              Earlier I was using IDEA network and have been receiving a bill of Rs 635/- every month for more than a year, which I paid regularly before due date. All of a sudden, I was switched from IDEA to Vodafone against my will, however Vodafone promised to keep the same plan as with idea. (Though I had doubt according to the earlier cheatings of Vodafone). Things came out to be true when Vodafone started charging me Rs 680/-, Rs 751/- and Rs 881/- for three consecutive months instead of Rs 635/-. I have regularly paid Rs 635/- against first two of these increased bills and have also brought the issue before Vodafone customer care which acted ignorant and took no action. Now vodafone has barred my outgoing today i.e.[protected] saying that Rs 881 bill was not paid (which is due on[protected]. My only request is to charge me Rs 635/- instead of Rs 680/-, Rs 751/-, Rs 881/- and make adjustments in your committed errors.

                I tried calling Vodafone's constumer care but still my issue is not resolved and I am unable to send my port request message to 1900.
                My number is [protected]. I tried severeal times but the company has pathetic costumer service and is violating my rights as a costumer to choose a network provider of my own choice.

                    Please note that i have not been receiving incoming calls and outgoing calls

                    However i can use internet.

                    This problem of incoming calls and outgoing calls is ruining all my business and customer relationship.

                    Replies by vodafone are pathetic and they simply se we can't do anything.

                      I complained for network and internet related issues from 2-3 years, they always answer to me we will fixing soon. From few months network getting out of service multiple times in a day and internet getting not working. I complained about those problems but they are still fixing. I told them if can't fix the issues then surrender to me then i can switch other network service providers. But answer to me they will fix it.

                      with this type of service if i do online payments there is a lots of risk payment related issues.

                        Hi,

                        I reside in poompuzhil nagar, avadi, chennai - 62.in my place there is no vodafone signal, have raised multiple complaints but no solution. During lockdown i found it very difficult since no one was able to reach me. So decided to port and initiated the process, people from vodafone called and convinced me that they will fix the issue in 2 days and ensured i am not porting to another service provider. Now it is been 2 months no solution the number provided to contact them was not working. Need your help in fixing this and ensure no other customers are cheated by vodafone.

                          The vodafone fraud person called me and asked me to cancel the port request. I was put port reques to jio day before. Today vodafone one person called me and told he said calling from jio and asked me to cancel the port request and send asked me to send message to 1900 i believed and sent later understand that he is vodafone fraud person, pls help i lost time and money

                          If vodafone not resolved the issue within a day i will take serious action.

                          Same thing happened with me today.

                          He asked me to send Cancel to 1900 to proceed with my port request. He said it is required because I am porting from post paid to pre paid. I did not do that then he started pressuring me talking rudely.

                          I asked his address then he said I am from Okhla "karle jo karna hai"

                            Aaj 17.06.2020 ko mere balnce se.28 rs unofficailly kate gaye jab vodafone pr complain ki to kaha gaya balsbce wspis nahi hoga. Toll free no pr message ke paise deduct kiye. Muje balnce wapis chaiye.

                                Hi
                                I facing one strange problem that i have confirmed is because of vodafone network, the problem is : when i call 1st time, i cannot hear anyone neither the receiver can hear me. The second time i call both o[censored]s can hear. It always happens like always.
                                The problem is not because of my mobile handset because i have tested the same handset by calling with other network. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

                                  The vodafone company is not provide me sms service facility even in their app they tell me that i have 100 sms per day facility. If they can't give a proper service of 1 single sms then how can they said about 100 sms???

                                      As my net pack was over i decided to recharge with a plan. I tried the app using app but it seemed to not be working, so i had to recharge via laptop as i searched for jio recharge online then i selected the first option in the in the search result. I select the plan. It was seemingly very original. I selected the upi payment option and then completed the payment an the screen is showing we are waiting for the operator response
