[Resolved] Vodafone — Deactivation of my old number | |||||
Dear vodafone team, This is as per my request to deactivate my number [protected] in the month of april 17' end. I spoke to the customer care several times and requested to deactivate the number. But even after repeated attempts, they did not deactivate. I have switched my number in april last week to vodafone corporate plan (New number). So this [protected] number is not in use since 2 months but still bills are been generated against it. Also one stranger with vodafone id tried to enter my house and behave badly. This was a major security tress-pass my family faced. He mis behaved and didnt agree to show the vodafone bill. If this kind of customer care communications continue then i will file up a case against vodafone in kolkata police. I am still a vodafone user with corporate plans, if you dont disconnect my old number immediately then i will take strict actions against this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
