Vodafone — Deceased men's sim ownership change

Hi i'm karthik from virudhunagar tamilnadu.my cousin already Vodafone customer his prepaid mob no is [protected].That sim card used by me since last 1 1/2 yrs now i lost that sim my cousin was now no more he is expired...so i want to change that sim ownership to myself with submitting his death certificate & original aadhar card copy and myself id proof.but they cant guide me correct solutions for change that deceased mens sim ownership change.every time i call Vodafone customer service[protected] they told me new rules & regulations.i feel very depressed & frustrating because of their bad customer service.so kindly help me to change my sim card's ownership without confusions... thanking you

I didnt receive a ph cl from Vodafone india...very bad customer service by them.
