Vodafone — delay in activation of replacement sim | |||
I had lost my sim and filed for a replacement sim which was supposed to be activated between 48-72 hours. It has been more than 72 hours and the customer support is of no use. Dsa sim 4g Sim no.[protected] Imsi no. [protected] Phone no. [protected] I expect for the issue to be resolved as soon as possible. It has already caused me much inconvenience. I did an online recharge today on [protected] but amount not credited although my bank a/c has been debited of Rs.100/-. I have attached a screenshot of the transaction. Kindly credit my number at the earliest. Transaction Id-NHMP[protected]. Recharge date & time-23.05.18 at 08:42:24 p.m via debit card.

Visited Vodafone store. want to change postpaid to prepaid plan..But misguided from store. Told me that the plan will be same but call time boundation will be removed.But insteaded to 199 plan I noticed that RED399 plan is activated without informing me.
