Vodafone — Delink one of the number from family postpaid plan

I have filed a complaint to delink my secondary number from the family group plan, they took almost about 10 days to work on the process and after which they have delinked the primary number. When we called the customer service they are not ready to listen our issue and solve it, without even hearing the problem, they told my problem will be resolved in 48 hours and cut the call. None of the issue has been solved.
The worst service and the worst network ever.
