Vodafone — duplicate sim activation | |||
I've lost my phone yesterday and went to Vodafone store for a duplicate prepaid sim card at paragon mall rajauri garden new delhi the lady there tried to fool me stating that the prepaid won't work now you have to switch for a postpaid number despite repeated conversation she finally gave me 2 sims for the same number one prepaid n one postpaid which is still not activated more then 24hours now. I called customer care number today and got to know that my previous sim card is still active wow thanks to these guys for their carelessness just to achieve the target the lady didn't even deactivated my sim keeping all my identity personal data bank account passwords logged in paytm at risk..
