Vodafone — Extra charges without informing | |
My mobile no. [protected]. I have opted for family plan of Rs 1064. From 3 months I have been paying bills of around Rs 2000 for no reason. Everytime i call for complaint they say its charges for Amazon prime. I used Amazon prime in the first year only when it was free. In last month also i requested to remove these services for all numbers. How many times should i call for complaint? This month also same thing happened. I am so fed up with this and that too happening in this lockdown period with cash crunch. From where should i pay? Kindly do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |
