Vodafone — Fake call to cancel number porting

Hello, I am trying to port my number to Airtel from Vodafone and have submitted my porting request. However I am getting fake call from Vodafone call center pretending to be Airtel call center and asking me to send cancel port message, saying that in order to port my number successfully I have to send this message. I have checked with Airtel store person and he has confirmed that this message will mean that I want to stay with Vodafone and cancel my porting request. This is a highly unfair and unethical practice I want you to ensure that action is taken against such people in the organization. Being an ex-ABG employee I am very disappointed in the company.
