i am a vodafone prepaid connection, one month before i had a problems with my vodaphone connection like network issue and high call rate. so i send a msg to vodafone for prot my phone after 8 or 9 day(17 or 18 june) i received a call from vodafone customer care. she was saying to me tht dont leave vodafon please tell me whts problem you have with vodafone. i i tell her my problem tht i have issue with your network and high call rate and i cant continue with you after tht she told me please mam dont go i am offering you 45paisa local and sdt call rate and 200 mint free and 10paisa voda to voda call rate but 10paisa voda to voda call rate is chargeble 30rupees on your main balance and all are services activate within 24 hours. so after tht i said okk you activt my all services. she said okk so can i cancel your port msg. i said okk do it she said okk...
tomorrow(21june ) i called customer care i said everything about last conversation to him. he told me right now your call rate 45paisa local or std but voda to voda not 10 paisa. i said your customer care againt promise me tht if you continue with us so ill give u 200 mint free and voda to voda 10paisa (who chargeble 30rs. my blance)and 45p other local and std. he told me we havt any offer like this tht i say if you havt any offer like this so why are you promise me to give me thtat things now wht i do my port service is cancle so he told me your port service request active on 25th june i said today 21st junt or prt process complted in 7 to 10 day and i have only 4 day only he told me i dont know about it and i cant do anything for you. i said ok please connect to my call of your senior he told me no i said yes connect my call he said okk please while on call and he put up my call on hold.5 to 7 mint i was on hold after he said to me tht all senior are busy on another call we will call you back.

Now i decided either you resolve my issue, or i will file complain against you in court for doing fraud activity with an government official and for harassment.
