I am visiting vodafone stores since past 2 days for replacement of my destroyed sim and my no. is off from past 4 days. As electricity was not there but the system was working so i requested customer care executive to issue me a replacement sim, only little things were visible so i still requested her to issue me sim as my phone is switched off for past 4 days and i am facing problem without it. In the mean time owner came and started shouting that we will not issue right now whether you come for two days or ten days that is non of our business and i asked him why he is shouting since the beginning he came and then he started using vulgar languages and i was shocked and feel very insulted, he then threatened to beat me right there
kindly take necessary action against him or i will go to consumer forum, i want necessary strict action against him and proof of that
N surely if my complaint is not responded i will go to consumer forum against him and vodafone india.

      Hi this side is anil bawa. I am a user of vodafone. Recently i bought a sim card of vodafone and at that time i gave them all the details of me, that sim card was post paid i asked then if' i can change it to prepaid'? They said yes but today (22 june 2016) i went to kalkaji branch of vodafone company. I was entertained by satpal (My token number was 200) i told them to convert my sim card from post paid to prepaid they said that they will need all the identities. I showed them all the identities but they refused to do so, they said that the identification is not clear but the same identification card was used to register the sim card so how can they refuse. 1 month ago i told them to chande my plan but still they didn't did it. We bought this number just because we had similar number. They told me that they will block our number if i dont pay but why should i pay i haven't done even 1 call from the day i bought it. And the rent was just for rs 250 but still i had been getting bill of rs 500 every month without any usage. I am consumer of vodafone since 1996 how can employees behave like this the should cooperate and understand our problem. They asked for rs 820. I agreed to do so. After that they started saying that identity is non clear i even gave them photocopy of pan card, showed then real copy of driving licence still they refused to do so please take strict and fast action against them and my sim card should not be blocked

        I have gone for a cancellation of mobile connection on 4th june, 2016 at the store, where they promised, it would be closed in 10 days. However, they have put the connection in temporary suspended mode, which is not what i want.

        I have write mails to corporate care email id, as well as even the appellate, who never respond.

        Such an idiotic company, which wantedly never responds, so that they can at one point or the other, active the connection, start billing the customer and so on.

        A very disgusting company...!!

          Hi,

          Vodafone network in our area, nagpur chawl, yerwada - 411006 has been locked from past 1 month, there are several emails i have sent to the nodle officer for pune, the only reponse i get is network team is working on it & there is no definite time to reslove the issue...
          We have 3 connections for vodafone in our family... The place where i stay is almost touching the main road... The funny part is when i came on the main road i do get coverage & just 5 - 6 steps from the main road inside my house i dont get any network... If the network is locked then i shouldn't be getting any coverage on the main road as well...
          Also when people try to call, they get a message that phone is switched off, rather out of coverage area this also cause mis understanding with other people. I have been using vodafone from past 7 years now, they claim to be the largest network around the & they are not able to solve issue a small area.

          Kindly check if the issue can be resolved

            i am a vodafone prepaid connection, one month before i had a problems with my vodaphone connection like network issue and high call rate. so i send a msg to vodafone for prot my phone after 8 or 9 day(17 or 18 june) i received a call from vodafone customer care. she was saying to me tht dont leave vodafon please tell me whts problem you have with vodafone. i i tell her my problem tht i have issue with your network...

            I'm getting continuous spam calls from both local and international numbers.
            Even after blocking more than 100+ numbers on truecaller, they continue to ring in.
            On answering local numbers no one talks or responds - it is just a blank call.
            On requesting Vodafone to look into this matter at their store in Naupada, Thane West they simply refused to entertain and said I'll need to log a FIR for this and Vodafone cannot help stop spam calls.
            I fail to understand why cannot vodafone as a service provider take a note of spam calls? Isn't it their job to ensure their customers receive zero spam calls.
            Disgusting approach!

            Really its the Vodafone no most of fraud, miscreants uses. Vodafone is in business of increasing its customer base irrespective of any strict verification, who is using it for what spam or smuggling.

                  Well, this is irrelevant behaviour by vodafone. Today i received a call at 11:09 am with the number [protected] i heard some ivrs simply started asking the question without giving any other info, i replied to their answers as i know that it was an incoming call. But, what the hell is this they are deducting my balance from my main account without any information. Vodafone sucks...
                  The lier.. The fraud.. Please beware of this guys. Soon i am going to file a case against them. I have recorded call, i have that incoming call details.

                    I have closed my vodafone post paid number and paid the balance amount and settle everything at vodafone stores in bangalore and moved to us. After a month i have received a mail saying that need to pay the balance amount.

                    Many times i have followed up with vodafone customer care through phone and emails, there are not at all bothered, no response at all.
                    After 5 month i have received a notice mail to pay the reaming amount again.
                    All details i have and attached the same.
                    Please let me know what i want to do now.

                      Hi,

                      I want to complain about the enormous fake bill of vodafone company.

                      I am happy with my monthly rental plan of 325+service tax (Around 380). But vodafone has applied more than 1000 they added 500 rs of "value added service" i am not aware of this type service. They said that i got one popup and i accepted, but i didn't get any popup. I told them many times that i don't want this type of service. If i need this type of service so i will drop mail but i didn't send any mail to them. I called many times to them to adjust my bill but they are not ready to adjust.

                      This is not happening first time. I have a lot of proof for this.

                      Please solve this problem as soon as possible

                          Hi,
                          I have taken a new data connection from baguiati vodafone store on 18.6.16. New number being [protected]. After successful tele verification i was not being able to use the internet facility. Please take a note of the below incidence which i have been through since 18.6.16
                          A) purchased new connection with successful tele verification
                          B) inserted the new sim in open dongel (Beetle, model numbr bg64) and tried to connet to the laptop. Dongel failed to read the sim.
                          C) then i have inserted another vodafone sim ([protected]) into the same dongle. This time dongle was able to read this sim and it worked fine. You can ratify this by looking at the data history on this number.
                          D) i have been advised by tele customer care to take out the sim and again re-insert. I have performed this activity several time. Even after multiple calls i have been advised with the same resolution. All the attempts failed.
                          E) lastly, a tele customer care executive have advised me on sunday (19.6.16) that my matter have been escalated, and i will be able to use the internet on monday (20.6.16) by 9.30am. Still after i was not being able to use the internet on my laptop with the dongle.
                          F) during monday afternoon i went to b. B. D. Bag vodafone store with the new sim ([protected]) and beetle dongle. Store executive also tried to connect the dongle with this sim, but then also dongle failed to read the sim. They have issued me a new sim with the same number and advised me to check again after 2 hrs. Again this have given ne failed results and my dongle was not being able to read the sim.
                          G) i have taken a plan of 5gb net but i have received a mail on my registered mail id that 10gb plan have been activated.
                          H) again, on tuesday (21.6.16) i went to baguiati vodafone store with my issues. They also inserted this new sim on the dongle, but they have also not being able to use this on laptop. However, it worked fine when inserted inside a cell phone.
                          I) store people have asked me bring my laptop to the store. But i denied and kept the sim at their desk stating that i will not bring bring my laptop, will not continue with the connection, and will not make any further payments, and askd to deactivate the connection. I have not signed any document pertaining to this.

                          This the narration of all the incidence which i have been through with the new connection. I already hold 3 vodafone numbers, but i have never faced this issue.

                          Hi.. I am new in Kolkata .. I have started using my Vodafone sim card since November 2016 due to recent transfer of workplace.. I lost my phone along with my Vodafone sim card the past month . I got my GD and my voters ID and had gone to book a new sim card in Baguaiti Vodafone store... The first time I went it was raining and we got soaked twice searching for the store.. we got there after 3 hrs.and they refuse to give new sim card with the same no.becoz I got only the Xerox copy of my voters ID... Yeah I understand that..

                          So after sometime Ive sent my friend there to book it for me.. they refuse to give him.. I took day off from work and had gone there last night 12/3/2017 with my original voters ID and my GD... They refused to give me the new sim card with the same no. only becoz the signature doesn't match... Yeah the first time I took my sim card I gave it to the shopkeeper and he wrote my name not even a signature..

                          They asked me again to go ask for his signature and come back...
                          Considering everything I don't know why I even bother to go there.. that shopkeeper who wrote my name doesnt even work there anymore and moreover he won't even remember how he wrote it.. I will never ever go there again... As if I can get a day off everyday... Suggest me other Vodafone store who will understand my situation..

                              Request you to please change my current 199 corporate plan to individual red family plan 899. I want my add other number as well in this plan as family.

                              Below is my complain to vodafone which is not rectified sine long time and i am now frustrated with this. I am very old customer to vodafone.

                              Before more 3.5 months, i called customer care to switch the plan, they said as i am corporate customer i need to visit the store to change the plan.

                              So i have visited vodafone store in pimple saudagar, near pizzahut. They said submit the documents and they will take care of it within 28 days.

                              So i have submitted the address proof before more then 3 months.

                              After a month nothing has happened, then i called customer care and asked about the status and what comes out i am surprised. They said noting is there in the record. No request has been logged in the system.

                              Then i asked executive to transfer a call to senior person, they did. I spoke senior person, she assured me that my request will be fulfilled in short time. She logged a complain. Now i rest assured that as she was a senior person my problem will be resolved.

                              After waiting for another 1 month nothing was happened. I again called customer care. Now the same surprise, they told me that there is no such record in the system. Then why they record the calls of customer care???

                              I totally frustrated now, visited a store again. They said take the token and wait in the queue. Store manager was not even interested to hear the story.

                              Do you think after spending so much time (I spent almost 15 hrs before) do anybody have passions to stand in a queue for more then 1 hr???

                              I spent my time, money, efforts etc for a small change in my plan.

                              Today i got a call from vodafone and they repeat the same story again. So now my question to vodafone is are you going to change my plan or you are happy with the amount i am paying every month with no use of it?

                                I have not submitted any request to activate this pack. And I demand for complete refund and a system of confirmation before activating any packs on my mobile.

                                  Each and every month, my vodafine bill is faulted. I have to take 10 minutes of my time to analyse and see the break through of my bill and compare it with my plan. Some month they have charge me for voice charge when i have it free under my plan, the next month they charge me for data pack when i have it free under my plan. So than, i have to call the customer care and waste to be precise 37minutes trying to explain them the faults and they try to rectify it after keeping it on hold for n number of times. Since past 45 months each and every time i get a revised bill having a low amount as compared to the original bill.

                                  I wonder, is it vodafone strategy, to give high, unrealistic bills as only those customer who are willing to spare their time to ensure their hard earned money is not being wasted will take efforts to make the correction. Where as the rest will just pay and get in with their busy schedule.

                                  The system cant be faulty enough that you get mistaken bills continuously for 5 months and each time the bill is on higher end and never the opposite.

                                  Also. When asked the customer care how to register a complain on their on site, they say "there is no system for registration of a complaint"
                                  A completely service oriented company has no system to register a customers complain is shocking! Or they do not train their people in providing such information to customers???

                                    I have applied for MNP in Bangalore at Vodafone mini store (kundalhali gate) on 9/06/2016, still there is no action, when i went to Vodafone store, person sitting there was unresponsive and saying he dint know. This is unsatisfactory answer from Vodafone side.

                                    At the time of applying, person said that it will be done with in 7 days.

                                    If you not want me to be your customer than i will immediately cancel the request and will cancel all my connections with Vodafone.
                                    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Hello sir,

                                      Please disconnect my vodafone post paid connection. Even after repeated requests in vodafone store, no response. Already lost around rs 2000 for the negligence of vodafone customer service.I am not at all using the sim but i am getting charged for some ghost user using my sim card for calls.
