Vodafone — Fraud mobile numbers circulated by vodafone and telecom companies

Hi I am local of Lucknow, I have to register a very serious complain about Telecom Companies Issuing Sim's to Fraud and Cheats.

On Date 4 March 2016 I received a call from a mobile number stating that they are calling from SBI Main Branch from Bombay Office and they want to transfer me some Bonus Points which will be in form of Money directly into my saving account.
As they Insisted again and again and they called from two numbers frequently from
[protected] ( Voda Fone ) at 6:56 P.M

I continued to ignore their request and call again and again but as they told me that it is a first time offer and only for new costumers for a minimum their total spend amount they have done till date we are refunding completely back that amount ...so slightly moved with their words and finally I gave them my account number and OTP at 7 P.M on their last call when they finally said that it now closing time of office and last cal for you to decide as the amount will be credited online to me in next 12 Hours

And to my surprise they just deducted Rs.4981 from My A/C rather crediting the said amount.And again when i called back on the numbers they assured me that amount will be credited to me in next 12 Hours..

I wated next morning and again a call came to me from [protected] ( Voda Fone ) saying that amount will be credited to me in few minutes and again asked for OTP which they have initiated ..This time i refused and insisted to give back my money which they immediately cut the phone and never then picked up

The same day i moved to Local Police station which said this is my personal fault
And cyber crime department said they will send the report to Voda Fone and SBI Credit Card Department for checking details..

But as number of Fraud and crimes increasing day by day I suppose I am one of the person who has been victim of Rise of Online Crime in India and for all persons like me who are not well known for IT and Technology it is Big Big Challenge to survive in the System.

I Today Felt that how helpless the department is as the criminals are getting easily fraud Sim's from companies like Vodafone and doing crime on every second with persons like me and their is no Tracker developed by our System to find them...

I hope i could draw some attention of the readers so that they can safe gaurd them selves from these fraudulent people and these supporting companies.
