I placed an order through foodpanda.The amount was deducted but order was not placed.I have bouncing back here and forth.The ticket number is[protected].


Nobody has taken any action on this.I have sent multiple e-mails but nobody is bothered to take care.I speak with their agent and after listening they says we cannot help.We will reach out to you.But when.Poor service and worst os worst.Pay u money is much better.


request all users to switch to that.This is getting worse day by day.

    I got an inform miation of 697rs recharge to get benefit of 4.5GB INTERNET from your customer care representative on 6/3/16 today. I recharged my number by 697rs, But I got the benefit o[censored]nlimited data browsing plan at the place of 4.5 GB plan. and I don't want unlimited data plan. this plans are not having carry forward facility to next month. also my 82 MB data laps by this unlimited data plan. kindly revert back my data and amount. do need full as soon as possible.

      I am also having same problem Deduction of money at regular interval without using Internet /data
      There is continuous deduction of 0.04 INR for 0.00 MB data download everytime.Even if handset is off then also deduction of balance.Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest. My phone number is [protected]

          This is a second time I am facing this issue of extra bill charged from vodafone... I am using vodafone data card from last 1 year. And within this year this is my 2nd experience of bills getting over charged.

          When we put a complaint to vodafone customer care about extra charges they keep saying that that much of has been used from ur data card..they said they have a proof..when we ask them to produce those proofs they dont.. 1st time I paid that amount but 2nd time it was clear that they are lying..

          I was using 250rs 1gb data plan, in this plan if we want to extend the data pack we can use booster packs..so when I had reached to 900mb limit I had stopped using internet and tried to activate my booster plan..but was unsuccessfull bcoz it was automatically got switched with another 250 rs 1gb plan in which one can not extend their data packs.this fault was from vodafone's side.

          After talking to customer care executive, she suggested me to go for 450rs 2gb plan..and after 1 month come back to 250 rs 1gb plan..as they can not switch my plan between 250 to 250 ( well, how how that possible then to switch it automatically then??) and I agreed to the same in condition of getting the internet activation on urgent basis.. but they took around 4 days for activation...

          After a month, When I received a bill for month of Jan 2016 they had charged me rs750 for using a net between bill cycles... how was that possible??? I was not having connection coz of data pack change.. was not even able to surf on internet for 4 days till the new pack activates..

          I got same answers on both incidents, that u have consumed internet accordig to our system's records. When service provider says that how a customer is going to prove that he has not used it..

          I am not alone on this planet who is getting such fake bills from vodafone. These chindhi are making huge money even out of call drops.. so we can imagine how much profit they can gain by issuing such fake mails to customers... If they can cheat an educated youth then what will happen to our parents who are not familiar of data packages and mbs n gbs calculations...

          I have filed a complaint at vodafone customer care..complaint no[protected] Somebody pls help me on this.. This is a high time now..we must sack such companies..

            Today on 6th'mar'16, my special PLAN with activation no.[protected] no. under special Plan 299 which involves unlimited free download and browse after 1GB data gets consumed and this plan will replace my feb'16 month data plan @250.
            But with new month cycle resumed on 6th, mar'16 I.e. Today, no special PLAN @rs.299 has got activated as offered by retention team and later cross confirmed with Vodafone customer care and feedback team as well.
            I also well in time informed Vodafone in writing via mail and sought after response at nodal level cross consent on commited offer from 6th, mar'16.
            Now if special plan not gets activated, it means Vodafone retention team with customercare and feedback team cheated on customer which is this time me or if these departments of Vodafone are right, then now I am being cheated by not activating this special plan @Rs.299 in new cycle and am forced to continue with my usual data plan @Rs.250. On this query of mine to Vodafone nodal office in Delhi, nodal office seems least bothered to act correct and help me in this matter.

            Your one liner reply would also work for me as :Yes as per situation above in query download and browse will be free under special plan to be activated on [protected] from 6th, Mar'16.

            Cross confirmation is awaited from you on query and to make it more easier for you, as intimated, my special plan activation no. is
            [protected].
            I am proactive on my cross confirmation on this query, as I don't want any unjustified invoice from you to be generated on 6th, Apr, 16 and delay in its payment from me due to any unacceptable reasoning from Vodafone at later stage.

Customer care told that Yes special data plan from retention team is in your no. and not the usual data plan of Rs.299 which Sonu, Rimi and Sonu repeatedly replied to me. Further I have been shared that special plan will be activated on my no. from 6thmar'15 with unlimited free browse and free download and no charges be applicable after 1GB for the situation I put myself in the previous query example while in conversation with both retention team and customer care and reply his always as YES from both the departments and speed will be reduced to 64kbps. What else do you want to hear from me.
            Get in touch with your retention team and customer care and I want reply from you because in no circumstances my invoice on 6thmar'15 shall include foul charges on browse and download done after 1 GB and stop harassing your customers and my payment doesn't get delayed because of your incomplete information with you.

            Now you are putting me in discomfort and irritating harassment situation either from retention team with customer care if they cheated me or your nodal office Akshay, Sonu & Rimi if they are playing with me by cheating me with their same repeated replies and it seems that despite my repeated urge to them that they need to talk to retention team and ccustomer care with no efforts and pain is being taken by them before putting a reply to me as in none of their mails they have mentioned that whether they have conversed with retention team and customer care.
            My time, mental peace, and resources ate getting wasted due to this situation I am put in for last 20 days.

            I got reply on complaint and cross confirmation by you on query clarified orally by retention team and customer care. The reply is all the same as sent by Sonu earlier, only name of replying person is changed to Rimi.

            How many times do I have to type that it is not usual offer of Rs.299 offered by customer care or Vodafone store, but SPECIAL OFFER given to me by retention team and later it's activation with plan specifications on 6th, mar'16 is re confimed by customer care by tele communication and revert me accordingly.
            I want the cross confirmation just to avoid confusion at later stage at the time of raising invoices, which you are creating already before start of this SPECIAL PLAN.

            I don't understand whether Vodafone has some communication gaps between it's inter departments and this time it is between nodal office, customer care and retention team. Just to remind Mr. Ankur of retention team has got my special plan in place and later special plan specifications offered by retention team has also been confirmed to me by customer care in various calls to customer care with different Customer care executive each time, but with same answer that it's a special plan to you from retention team and NOT that usual data pack of rs.299 on your no. and will be activated from 6thMar, 16 with clear answer to my query that browse and download after 1GB usage will be free in the situation I put myself in earlier query of mine, cross confirmation on which I am seeking from you as well.

            Still cross confirmation is awaited on SPECIAL PLAN of Rs.299 OFFERED TO ME and NOT Rs.299 USUAL DATA PACK.

            It is for this reason only, why I am looking for cross confirmation in advance through mail Next time and see myself paying wrong payments due to some error at your end.

            I am sure about what I have been committed by retention team and later by customer care 3-4 times and now I expect reply from some more serious employee who is more serious towards their work of Vodafone and not by employees like Sonu and Rimi sitting at nodal office of Vodafone ever in future.

            I hope you get this time right and reply with an urgency with correct facts as my special plan will be applicable to me in next 15-20 days.

            I am writing this mail as pending grievance and Complaint against your employee Sony Adhalka, who today replied to me on my standing grievance of cross confirmation on query put by me against the special plan of Rs. 299 assigned and processed to be activated on my mobile no. from 6th, Mar'16 I.e. next bill cycle.
            Under the situation I raised as example in my query in trail mails, it has been confirmed by retention team and customer care every single time in verbal tele reply as Yes, it will be free browsing and downloading after 1GB with speed of 64kbps and you would be charged no extra browse and download charges except monthly charge of Rs.299 under special plan and will be activated from your next bill cycle.

            It seems, Mr.Sony replied me on this cross confirmation on query bluntly without any seriousness and without going through my mails completely and in away tried to mentally harass me with his casual reply without actually knowing the facts. I am already fed up with your late replies and the reply I get from your employee Mr.Sony is so out of the box.
            The thing is that he is not saying I am wrong or liar, but he is straightaway putting your retention team and customer care officials in fault position, who have already given me oral confirmation on my stated query as Yes as explained above.

            Kindly revert on this complaint and cross confirmation on my standing query/grievance.

            I have got checked at customer care and special offer by retention team is forwarded and will be active from next bill cycle. You can check from them and explain on my understated query below and in trail mails.

            My Query is:

            Under this Rs.299 special plan offered to me, A data eg. video from xyz website consumes 50mb data from my1GB data leaving me with 950mb and no other charges for download.


            Now if I download same video data from same xyz site after 1GB is consumed, then under special pack being offered @Rs.299 charges levied upon me will be zero as in free unlimited downloading or will it cost me at 10paisa/kb.

            This query of mine is left unattended for a while. Kindly post me in reply on query clarification. This clarification is must and is a preventive measure before it put me and you in any unwanted situation in future and services by you to me goes clean as before.

            I am Vodafone postpaid no. holder I.e. [protected] received a call from a no. stating that as I take Rs. 250 data plan every month and consume it very quickly, so I am being offered a special Rs. 299 plan by retention team with 1GB @3G speed and unlimited browsing and [protected]@64kbps after that and not 10paisa/kbps for both browsing and downloading.

            I have told the guy to call me tomorrow 12 p.m.
            Meanwhile I confirmed with Vodafone cuts care @198 that whether there is any special Internet plan going on. I was told that there is Rs. 299 plan available with 1GB @3G speed and unlimited [protected]@64kbps but [protected]@64kbps with 10paisa/kbps after 1GB data consumption. The Vodafone representative told me to put a mail to your mail id and clarify that is there any special offer with unlimited free downloading and saving(not limited. to only browsing which otherwise has been told by both Vodafone retention team caller and Vodafone customer care to be free) or downloading and saving any data(video from suppose fzmoviez website or any other free downloading site)after 1 GB is going to cost me @ 10paisa/kbps.

            Kindly respond on priority, because I have been told by that Vodafone caller of retention team that it's a special offer of rs. 299 with unlimited free browsing n downloading after 1 GB and not an usual offer of Rs. 299 of free browsing n [protected]@10paisa/kbps after 1GB data consumption.
            Kindly clarify if it is true or not that after 1 GB data consumption, downloading is going to be free as the same is there till 1 GB data consumption wherein suppose If I download and save(not only browsing) a video of 100mb from a website say fzmoviez, my data of 1 GB gets reduced to 900mb. So if I avail this special offer of Rs. 299 from retention team, after consuming 1GB internet data if I download n save 100 mb video from say same website fzmoviez will cost me no money but only monthly plan charges of Rs.299 or will I be charged @10paisa/kbps for download n saving(not only limited to browsing a site) it.

              The Vodafone India making Guinness world record in WORST consumer service. They are extremely pathetic & disgusting in mobile services. Its start about 9 12 days before. I got a call from Vodafone agent about to get Postpaid plan. I told them that I am a Prepaid customer of iDEA (Really Good) and I am happy since 5 years I have been using iDEA. They told me that they can port me in Vodafone without change my number, still I said no but wanna know what kind of better service they can provide. After long conversation and request of agent I said Yes Okay. I am ready to port in Vodafone. They send their execution to receive my documents in my office same day. I had my document copy in my office so I gave them. They told me it will take 24 to 48 hours. I got a call from iDEA about why I am porting in Vodafone, sadly I said that I am not getting proper 3G service so I decided to move in Vodafone (very sad).

              Finally I got a message to port successfully in Vodafone and after 5 days I got a message to submit my document again in near Vodafone store or cal 199.
              The same day I got a executive call to verify my address I told her what I had submitted. She said that the address what I am telling is wrong. I said no its absolutely correct please check again. She again said I am wrong. Then I asked her what is my address mentioned there She told me bla .. bla... I requested her to correct my address whatever is wrote in your data is totally wrong. My Flat no is 302 and they had written 392. It was totally executive typo mistakes whoever punching my data. After 2 days my service had been discontinue then I called to 199 to know why I am being block. They told me its about document not submitted or not verified. I told them that's your problem writing wrong address and going wrong place not mine. They said I have to submit my documents again.

              I said okay no prob (I am decided to go with Vodafone). Next day I went mini store to submit my document as soon I reached there and tell them why I am there they said Sir you have to visit head office they cant do anything regarding that.

              I went around 3 4 stores an everywhere they stupid said same thing, Sir you have to submit your document where I got sim, I asked them then why you open these stores?. I move Vodafone Head Office and submitted my document they said it will take 24 48 hours to start your services again because I am a ported connection.

              I got extremely angry because I have only one number thats bard from 3 days, No body can call me and same. My services start next day early morning and next day its disconnected again. Just because of address verification.

              OHH!! CRAP!! VODAFONE...

              Now I have to visit Head Office Again... and after 3 month I decide to use iDEA again by port from Vodafone.

              Sincerely Request To All Consumers, DONT USE VODAFONE EVER, IT HAS WORST SERVICE EVEN YOU CANT THINK...

                I shifted from Dehradun to Noida on 23/12/2016.
                I submitted my all concerned document to VODAFONE STORE Sector 18 Noida (U.P) on 26/02/2016. I hand over due amount 1200 to staff of sector 18 Vodafone store for paying my due bill.staff paid Rs.1100 and return rupees 100 and inform remaining small amount about 38 will be adjusted as outstanding in your bill. Porting CODE VW148472 recive my mobile
                for porting my above number .
                I received verification call twice 28&29 Feb 2016.
                I receive message Hellow ! your porting request VW148472 DATED 05/03/2016 has been rejected by your current operator due to this post paid subscriber has outstanding payments due.pls contact your current operator for further details.
                After the message I paid Rs.50/- online on 05/03/2016 and shown Rs -11.
                I always paid the bill in time and have allowed credit limit 2000/pm.I am army officer.
                Due to small amount outstanding my porting request rejected.What is my fault? I was ready all due amount at VODAFONE STORE SECTOR 18 NOIDA but they informed round amount Rs 1100 to be paid.
                Small amount less than Rs.50 can be adjusted in my next bill.
                SECOND ISSUE
                My family another pre paid Vodafone number [protected] is still pending for port -all document submitted on 26/02/2016 at same above Vodafone store sector 18 Noida.
                Shortly, I will go to consumer form for not providing port facility by VODAFONE, U.P WEST

                    Like all other Vodafone Customers, I received a replacement sim for 4G on 3.3.2016. As per the given instrustions in the manual and the directions of the customer care, I sent a sms request for SIM Exchange. Following this, the old sim got deactivated in 20 min and I was asked to insert the new sim in the phone. When I inserted the new sim, it still showed "NO SERVICE". I contacted the customer care via their "Live chat" and registered a complaint. (Complaint No.[protected]I requested for escalation as I had some official calls to attend and I was promised resolution within 12 hours.
                    The following day, after there was no progress in 12 hours, I went to the nearest Vodafone store, where I was told that there was "Server problem" and hence sim replacement was not happening. I was kept in the dark all this while about this "Server problem".
                    There has been no resolution even after 48 hours and multiple complaints through different mediums - live chat, phone, email, twitter. I still have a dead network and no phone. I want to register a case of harassment.

                      Roaming pack activated on 26th February although the call was to activate Roaming facility.

                      The irony is as per your Customer care executive, Roaming facility was not activated due to "Technical Fault" but 35 rupees roaming pack was activated. Basically Roaming pack is activated but my Roaming Services are barred. Isn't it unprofessional?

                      I have a simple question for you, Should I pay for the services which has not been provided? I'm being charged for Service which is not provided.

                      I have called again today to get the Roaming Services activated under request number[protected]. Vodafone customer care executive denied to log a complaint for the above case (Roaming pack being charged without activating services).

                          I had complaint on Vodafone customer care for long days like my internet was not working in my Vodafone roaming sim, which is Bangalore roaming sim. It was not accessible from last 22 Feb and log complaint on 29 Feb by calling customer care in both Guwahati centre several time. But still not able to sortout and they throughing their duties to one customer care to another and throughing the problem. Very bad exercise of work and less knowledge of staff and very poor service. Check the service and sortout it and behaviour should take care by them and be serious on customer problem, and care it.

                              I have been a customer of Vodafone for the past many years.

                              They have recently advertised of your launch of 4G services in Mumbai. In this connection I have visited their Churchgate office/centre on 26th February, 2016 to change over to their new 4G service. I was informed that the previous sim provided by them would not support 4G service and I would have to take a new sim at a cost of Rs.99/-. I paid them the cost and they handed me over a new sim. With the assurance that the transfer to the new sim would be seamless and there would be no disruption of service and if any it would be a maximum of only 2hrs. Thereafter on 29th February, 2016 they stopped service on my old sim and till date they have not started service on the new sim and I am unable to make or receive any calls. In the past 5 days I have visited their Churchgate store morning and evening without fail and have also called their helpline [protected] and 198 several times. Each time they have assured me that the problem would be resolved in the next 2 hrs. Till date even after 5 days they have failed to start my above number. I request you to immediately take action and ask them to restore service to my above number. This is totally against their assurance and whatever they led me to believe that the switchover to 4G would be seamless

I checked with customer care they took request and said it ll be rectified. Next day I went to store and registered complaint they said there is a server issue at your end and will take a day. Now it's 3rd day and Vodafone care called and said my outgoing is active. but it didn't work even after re insertion of sim or restarting phone. Checked with other mobile also.                                       This is regarding the Billing dispute I have already complained to Vodafone customer care and they are not at all helpful and still not correcting the bill amount.

                                      I am on international roaming since Mid Aug 2015.
                                      I was regularly paying the Postpaid bill amounts for the same.
                                      In the month of Dec 2015 Vodafone billed me for calls I have never made i.e. amounting INR 9500.
                                      They are incorrectly claiming that I received/called some customer care number at my midnight (in Mexico) where one call was on hold and another I dialed..

                                      I have neither received any call from any customer care numbers (from India) they have mentioned nor I called any Indian customer care number.

                                      I took the screenshot from my dialed/received list and send it across but they are not considering the same.
                                      I also have one call recorder application which is always switched on my cellphone and there also I can't see any such call I have received or made.
                                      More over these are customer care numbers/Sales call which I never pick up.

                                      Please help as Vodafone is not helping here at all.
                                      Also it’s a matter of common sense as why a person who is paying bills on a regular basis and during international roaming will talk to an Indian customer care number for 2 hours.
                                      I am shocked to see this type of billing. This clearly indicates that these telecom companies can fabricate bills for any body and charge whatever they want.

                                      I am ready to face any legal battle but I am now outside India hence I need help from this forum.
