This is a repeated practice of Vodafone of charging for VAS without any reason, this is the reason I have switched from post paid to pre-paid a couple of years back. And always get a 3 months unlimited data and call pack so that there is no cash they can use frequently.
Recently on expiry of my pack, I accidently got a pack which had only data and no call included, since then even though I recharged with a Rs50 talk time as well, am getting SMS everyday that my Rs.729/- pack has expired even though my current pack is valid till end of August. Further today Rs 25/- for a random VAS was deducted without consent
It's high time that VODAFONE India is penalized for such fraudulent practices by TRAI. If a customer is not vigilant they wouldn't even notice the automatic adding of various VAS and recharge packs even though months are still left in validity of the packs. Was this information helpful? |
