[Resolved] Vodafone — Harassment by sending mail via their legal cell | |||
I had a vodafone mobile number which was ported to tata docomo in the month of october 2013. Before the porting i received a mail for the payment of dues. The same was done on 22nd oct 13, in consultation with a gentleman named yogesh from vodafone. Even after making the payment the tata docomo connection was suspended on the pretext of non payment of dues at the vodafone end. I mailed to yogesh but nothing happened. I then escalated the issue to mr thomas durai, who looked into the whole matter & verified vie email on 11th november that the payment has been received. Post the email my services were started by tata docomo. Now after 5 months their legal cell has sent a notice on the non payment of dues on the mobile number that i hold. I called back & spoke to mr yogesh, who at first was reluctant but became apologetic when the mail was shared with him. This is pure harassment from the end of vodafone. I demand an enquiry on this.
