Vodafone — I told to deactivate my vodafone postpaid | |
I have raised a request on 16th may to deactivate my postpaid sim and i was told that the process will take 7days and was asked to pay bill till end of may. I paid and i was told to use till it gets deactivated but still they didnot deactivated instead they generatedd the bill. I have come all the way from banglore and feel cheated. This is such was fraud. I cannot get leave to go till hyderabad to get it done. So please resolve this issue and punish those guys. Near secunderabad customer care near passport office.
