Vodafone India — 4g internet and mobile data issue did not get resolved even after 3 weeks | |||||
Hi, My phone number is : [protected] I just ported my above number from airtel to vodafone on 26 november 2018, since then i am not able to access internet or data through vodafone. I could have access of internet on 1 or two days after midnight from 12:30 am but after some duration data is turned off. I have raised several complaints to vodafone but no any solution of my issue had taken place yet. I am very disappointed with services of vodafone. As i just switched my old carrier to vodafone only for data purpose. I have already checked settings multiple times as suggested by vodafone itself and visited vodafone stores 3-4 times, but none of them could solve my issue they just forwards the complain to team only nothing else. It is just very disappointing that vodafone team is not able to check my issue and can solve it. Vodafone is just ignoring my issue and increasing the waiting time by saying that i have forwarded your complaint to department and you will get a callback today or tomorrow. Always vodafone team was telling me that your issue will be solved out either today or tomorrow. I am feeling very frustrated after moving to vodafone. Please find out the issue and solve my issue as it is just burdening on me of every month of billing amount for just calling facility. And it is a wastage of my hard earned money per month of 450 rs only for calling because data is not accessible for me Was this information helpful? | |||||
