Vodafone India — about internet speed & problem in contact with customer care

Sir I am using Vodafone sim of contact no. [protected] since last month. I had recharged my account with 195 for internet pack on 9th july. As your customer care executive told me that you provide internet speed from 50kBps to 100kbps on 2g network. But I would like to tell you that I am not getting even 20kBps on my lenovo A-526. My other problem is that I am not even able to call customer care . So I request you to solve my problem as rapidly as possible.
