[Resolved] Vodafone India — about wrong billing | |||
with ref.above subject I have received wrong bill on dt.05/10/2014 of 1300.00[Thirteen thousand rupees only].before that I was requested to costmer care on dt.28, sept.2014 for internet pack of 1 GB of Rs.150.00 in this call your officer told me that the internet pack will activate in 4[four] hours. Hence I had use internet pack after 8[eight] hours.now I got bill of 1300.00 .Such incident discrage me to use your services.then I had make another call to your costmer care in this call your officer said me "Because of technical problem net pack has not activated."
