Vodafone India — activation of my vodafone mobile no-[protected] | |||
Dear sir/madam, I am a vodafone customer my no-[protected]. My mobile number was port from bharati airtel to vodafone in month of july2018, which has been suspended by vodafone company from 5 october 2018 due to uncleared pending bill of my previous - telecom service providor. Now i have paid whole amount of rupees 628/- to airtel by credit card payment on 12 oct 2018 but my mobile number is not in service whereas i have e-mailed all the details of bill payment whichever i have to [protected]@vodafone.com and made many calls to vodafone customer care but they have not activate my mobile no. 'finally i have gone to vodafone store on 17oct2018 at vashi and meet to anurag he told me that he has raised the complaint and my no will activate within 72 hours after 72 hours he told me that my information is incomplete and take a payment confirmation letter/receipt from airtel. After that i gone to airtel store vashi he told me that we cannot provide any payment receipt or non due letter/certificate. After all my full payment to airtel i am suffering by both telecom company as my all banking transaction sms net banking otp and important calls depend on this no. Kindly raise the complaints both the companies due to following reasons - mnp under the uncleared bill of airtel. - suspended the mobile no without my permission. - after payment my no is inactive after 12/10/2018 as mail to vodafone mnp dpt. And several calls to vodafone cusstomer care. - no any no due receipt/letter/certificate given by airtel store. - no spontaneous activation of service after payment. It means communication gap between both service provider. Many more complaint also. At the last kindly activate my mobile no-[protected] urgently. vodafone is one of the worst service provider which not able to resolve any customer services related issues. my complaint is more than 45 days which is pending till now. whereas i take follow up to customer care and vodafone store also.
