Vodafone India — Activation of number

My number is blocked saying that have not cleared my due bills with the previous network user airtel which I have already cleared but still this is second time my number is blocked and unable to do anything if I go to Vodafone store they say to send mails but I don't get a reply from Vodafone and customer service is unable to give any proper solution.
