Vodafone India — Activation of value added services with request and debiting of talk time | |||||
Sir, good evening. This is sundararajan from coimbatore. My last recharge date was 10/5/16. From that time cellular service provider company vodafone has debited some amount of money on the mobile no.[protected] under the name of value added services called 'follo pack'. On 17/5/16 also same amount of money was debited and the message says that this was activated by my request. Again debited on 18/5/16. It was not requested by me. They are debiting the amount again and again. I deactivated the service immediately, but the amount was not refunded. I want my debited amount to be refunded.
