Vodafone India — All over experience with postpaid | |||||
Hi I am a Vodafone customer, number [protected] I have experienced lot of issues with Vodafone in past 4 months. Before that it was totally ok but now if I call for complaint either complaint is not registered correctly or noone follows up... Not acceptable... Hence I decided to not to pay bill till I don't get resolution. However now they have stopped incoming outgoing both. When I call people are either rude or not able to help...really unhappy and disappointed... lot of extra nuisance charges. I never bothered about it before bit it's almost every times thing now...I hope atleast here something can be done... Was this information helpful? | |||||
