Vodafone India — Bad service in alleppey vodafone office

Hi I visited your office today morning to pay my bill and couple of other services including enhancement of my internet account and to activate call forwarding. The bill payment met with no problem. I asked the staff, a girl by the name of Vidya, to activate my call forwarding on my Samsung tab 3. She took the tab and handed it over to her colleague, called Sharafullah (not sure if it is the right name). He fiddled with it for some time and returned it saying there was phone error. I tried to tell him that it said network not supported. He just left it on the desk and turned away. I then asked the girl, Vidya that I wanted another option to strengthen my internet and she just just did not bother. I asked her the second time and she again looked the other way without even replying. Your staff in Alleppey Vodafone office is rude, not helpful and counter productive for you. Please take the appropriate action. I was as polite, and did not say anything offensive or inappropriate the whole time. It was as if I was talking to a wall.
