Vodafone India — Balance credit transfer pending

Firstly they suddenly & erroneously cancelled 2 of my SIM cards & still haven't transferred the original existing valid data plan & balance onto new number...visited store & contacted customer care repeatedly to no avail - they refuse to even register a complaint

Vodafone's online complaint facility appears to be dysfunctional, as it doesn't allow even 200 characters without any special symbols to be submitted...
