[Resolved] Vodafone India — Balance Deduction with confirmation | |||
On 24th Oct, 2014, Rs.75 has been deducted from my balance without my confirmation, activating the mydala services. I have complained in Vodafone but no satisfactory reply was received from their side. And they are not ready to refund the amount to me. They said that these services were activated by you and so we cannot refund the abovesaid amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
