Vodafone India — bill generated after port out & service closed | |||
I had 2 connections red 499 & red 599 postpaid.. The one 599 i port out in other in march 2017.. After much more struggle & with 2 times request cancel i finally able to port out. I had all amount paid plus add.200rs paid to them. From june vodafone started calling me regarding bill payment of these portout no. For rs.500.. Harrassing me for 2 weeks i told them i m not gonna pay u.. U are free to take any action.. Now they dont call but keep mailing me.. This is new kind of harrassment. The 2nd one 499 is suspended since april which i didnt used till date. They billed me 2100rs.. After communication they discount me & send executive at my place whom i gave 1700rs cheque of 20/7/2017.. Which is cleared.. Still my services are not resumed so i went to store where executive said i have to pay 500rs more because that discount is not reflected in their portal.. So i said close my service completely.. She said it is already suspended & need not to close.. After i query bill she said it wont generate bill. Now when i reached my place i got mail for this no regarding bill for 1000rs. To be paid in 10/8/2017.. I am so much frustrated with this vodafone that i really want to register a complaint against u in consumer court.. Was this information helpful? | |||
