Vodafone India — bill generation even after service disconnection request | |||
I have shifted to US in mid of march 2018 hence i already requested on customer care (i dont remember the name of the person) for my number([protected]) disconnection in march only when i was in India. Due to some reason i was not able to check my mails due to some accessibility problems. When i checked my gmail then there were many mails for bill for previous months and they were about to take action against me. Due to my fault of checking mails late i paid the bill and thought now they will disconnect the number. And now they are sending bill for month of june and its been 4 months i didn't use that number. This way they are using their customers and making money from this. This shouldn't be tolerated. Please take action against this Was this information helpful? | |||
