Vodafone India — Bill payment. Issues | |||||
Hi sir/madam Myself parshan sharma and my problem was that my wife took postpaid sim and use for 3 years when we want to deactivate the sim the ask to mail to vodafone customers care after we did not message for 2-3 month and in 4 month call come from vodafone and said you have due for rupees 2k and some change i said we already mail your company to deactivate the sim then they said i don't know but bill for this must of amount came you have to pay i said i am not paying then they said ok and cut the phone and send a person and the person who sent by them, he call me and ask me are you januka and i say yes i am her husband he said okay i have caurier for her i said okay come then when he enter my room. He start that i will call police if you don't pay bill and he ask me to talk with lawer and lawer also the same talk i asked them if i pay now you will deactivate the sim he said yes i paid and he said in 30 min it will deactivate i said okay and he run off and sim still working and today (20/june/2017) they called and ask to pay 3500 rupees. But still the same answer i will not pay any single amount please do something for us sir. ....... Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||||
