I have a corporate post paid connection plan of Rs.110 from Vodafone ([protected]) and they have been automatically activating the add on plans without my consent and when I asked the customer care to waived off the charges they were not willing to help.
It all started in the month of May 16, when I activated the roaming pack of Rs.75, they have also automatically activated the packs of 35 and 105 but after talking to a customer care they waived off only 105 but not 35 and I specifically asked the person to keep only Rs.75 plan and I was told that the only plan 75 will be auto renewed every month. But to my surprise even for the month of June 16, they have activated 2 more plans of 105 and 205 and when I asked them to waived off they were not ready to do that and instead they were accusing me of activating the plans by myself.
I dispute the bill and the allegations made by the Vodafone because I have not activated the above mentioned plans by myself.
