[Resolved] Vodafone India — billing issue | |||
I have ported my mobile from vodafone to airtel, immediate day vodafone intentionally deducted 579 amount from my credit card (Even the autopay date not reached). I am keep on calling to customer care and sending mail for reverting money, they are not responding. Even i went to kukatpally vodafone store, they told the amount will revert automatically within 48 hours, but till now money is not refunded. Note: after porting to other network, vodafone people intentionally deducting money, because there is no option to update our address and details. We are from Gotri area vadodara here from few weeks the data network not working properly even the 2g network for 4g recharge if the problem not solved in few days we will switch to another network .as we are using the vodafone from last 5-6 years .so solve the problem
