Vodafone India — billing issue vodafone number [protected] | |||||
Dear vodafone team, I am using my vodafone number since 19 february 2017, since last three month i didn't get any chance to look into my bill now i have find out that you are charging me the international roaming charges. I have only taken one month international roaming pack now i am came to know that the same service is not deactivated from my vodafone account. I have also came to know that you are charging some value added service charge as i have already taken the dnd service but still i don't know how this is happening. I want the refund or else i going to switch my network to some other network like airtel or jio. On serious note - this is not the first time that i am facing such kind of problem from vodafone side. I am paying my bills on time, i have never raised a complaints against the network issue but yes i am facing the same. I have already raised a port request through my phone if i didn't get last three month refund. I am going to switch my phone network to some other service provider.
