I wish to complain about ajay kumar (Userid ajay164) associate in vodafone store located in janak puri district center new delhi.

I am complaining because i requested to change my number from postpaid to prepaid. I visited the store and ajay kumar was dealing with the issue. I paid my postpaid bill and he promised that my number will be changed within 3 days. I paid the amount by cash on 17th september...

I am holding a Vodafone Prepaid account. My outgoing SMS gets Barred every now and then, without any valid reason, though i have contacted the customer care about this issue around 6 times but no action has been taken yet from there part. I have been facing this issue for like 7 to 8 days....

For past couple of day I have been experiencing problem with Voice calls and SMS/Text messages.
I am on the unlimited plan - incoming/outgoing calls and data and 100 SMS per day.
Whenever I try to call - I get an error message - This Facility is not available on your phone, please check the number you have dialed.

I got message from vodafone saying that juice up pack is activated as per my reques. I have never requested or claimed to activate this service. Without customer knowledge how can a service provider activate a pack. Also in message it is mentioned that 75 rs will be add in the next bill cycle. I am not even aware of this pack and what it used for....

I had called from my no [protected] on 198 to ask details about my prepaid no [protected].The executive had not answered my problem with any solution. So demanded to speak with superior so that he can at list give me a no that I can call on for my problem. The agent said there is no Senior available on floor....

Callerl tune gets activated by itself and this the forth time.
This time it has been activated without my knowledge by itself on 21 SEP 18 and Rs39/- has been deducted .
Now I want the money Rs 39/- to be refunded and
I donot want any service call on my Vodafone no [protected]...

I am pallavi, one day your executive called for post paid number. They requested for the number and they said vodafone offers for 191 plan.

1. Unlimited local calls
2. Unlimited std calls
3. Unlimited isd calls

I accepted the above offers so executive came to my house and take 300 rs advance from me and given sim card.

But after 15 days sim out going blocked only incoming running....

I have been charged extra 756 INR for VAS charge for bill date 19.09.18 which I haven't opted for. The bill says I made a call to 51717 on 14th Sept, 2019 which I didn't because my SIM is not in use.I have heard similar complaints from many people.kindly do something and try to return my money back.

Dear team,

I had made the payment on 6th of september and the money is debited from my hdfc bank account and i got the upi transaction id (I made the transaction using google pay in which i had linked my hdfc upi). So i raised a complaint to vodafone regarding this issue on 7th september, but after 2 days they closed the ticket giving the reason invalid transaction id, for this issue i was raising complaint for every 2 days...

Please if you could provide me the itemized call details both incoming and outgoing from last one month. I have to provide the call details as a proof in the department of police. So if i could get the details of both incoming and outgoing calls from 1st september 2018 to till date. I am a postpaid customer and do receive the detailed bill but since the billing cycle is due i would like to have it as before due date....

Vodafone has deducted the amount of rs 99 from my mobile without any information. Customer care says these are the standard charges. I have dual sim mobile phone and both simcards are vodafone. If these are the standard charges then it should apply to both sim cards. This is completely fraud. They have not informed about these charges and there was no any activation process from me. Vodafone has a g a i n stolen rs. 35 from my account by activating the same "game pack" which i did not initiate. This is the second time. Last month they said they don't know why it is happening and refunded my money. Now again this has happened.

I use the ₹199 plan that gives me 100 sms everyday along with 1.4 gb data and unlimited calls. However, till date, i haven't been able to send text messages to any number from my phone. I have been charged 644 saying that i called to 51717 and talked for 46 mins, which is in all the way unrealistic. First of all, with other telecom subscriber 51717 is invalid number by mistake also no one can dial 51717 making call is unrealistic, top of that talking for 46 mins is not at all possible.

Please oblige and do the needful.

Hello my name is nawaz and i am from gonda uttarpardesh india i want cdr of this vodafone mobile no - [protected] with location from 1 august to 30 august reason is one robbery done in my house of 35 lakhs and he is aspects police is taking action but we do not found any results i also attached the fir copy u can see!! Plz send me the cdr of this vodafone mo no thanks...

This to complain against the non payment of my security deposit which as supposed to refunded to me a lot earlier.
My customer relationship number was 16620805. And its more than 3 months that i am waiting for it and if it is not refunded as soon as possible i shall go for consumer court and other legal action.
