Dear all,
My name is abhiendra singh and using vodafone no. [protected] (Post paid).
I had been talking to vodafone team from last 3 weeks but not getting support.
There was credit limit set by vodafone for my phone no. Was 2500 rs. And they have raised the bill of rs. 18, 943.
They had not given any intimation that my credit limit has crossed and not bared my services.in such case i am asking them what is the logic of credit limit and as per my budget and paying capability i had set my credit limit but seeing bill amount i am not able manage / pay.
They are not understanding my concern and unnecessarily torturing me.
In first week of sep, they stopped my services and forced me to pay min 10, 100rs and seeing no option i paid but they immediately raised my credit limit and giving bill of 18943 rs. And this revision is also without my consent.
They doing as per their wise only.
Need your support and co-operation pls.

I have also came to know that you are charging some value added service...

    I have been a Vodafone user for the past 8 years now. But the kind of issues i am getting for past week is simply not acceptable. I am getting call drops and the signal disappears mid-call just after 5 mins of call time. I am unable to understand what the issue is, I have done all the troubleshooting i can do at my end, from phone reboot to sim slot change.
    My address is new Palam vihar Gurgaon, kindly let me know what the issue is or i would love to change my provider.

      This is wrt to an international roaming pack for paris (France) for ten days that i had purchased on 4th sep for rs 4025/- via my citibank credit card for my daughter niharika shetty who has a prepaid number

      I had bought this number specifically that day just so that i got activate her international roaming as i myself have used ir on my postpaid vodafone number in apr/may this year as i found the ir to be good.

      At the time of checking options with vodafone customer care i asked why start date didn’t show for pack since on my post-paid number it gave a selection for start date. I was told my customer care that on prepaid no start date shows and it would have to be activated once she lands in paris and selects in manual mode. He told me that she had to select wither bouygues telecom on fr. He also said that a charge of rs 99 would need to be made as a one-time cost.

      Niharika was to travel back on 8th sep but she fell ill and within 3 days, my dad expired. Naturally i had to postpone the tickets and she is booked to travel back tonite 25th/26th sep.

      I called vodafone customer care through her phone and asked what was balance on her phone as she needed to have 99 in her account for the one-time charge for activating ir. He said that it was active and that i should send an sms “act ir” to 144. I did that. My daughter then got an sms that she saw in evening that her pack had expired. I immediately tried calling back customer care on 198/199 but it was just going into a loop. I then called customer care on [protected] from my phone and the lady said she would check. After putting me on hold for 15 mins she said pack had expired. I was livid and asked to speak to supervisor. The team lead came on phone and i asked him how can pack expire when she had not even travelled to paris. Also, how did the customer care executive tell me it was active in the afternoon and to only top up to ensure i send that sms that he asked me to activate ir. I told the team leader that it looks like both customer care executives don’t know their subject and misinforming customer. What is worse that this is outright cheating customer and no sign of empathy when we are devastated with the demise of my dad. My daughter has to deal with landing in paris with no connectivity to get a cab. This is the most deplorable behaviour from vodafone.
      The team lead then called back and said i can credit the money back minus 18 % gst into her prepaid account which i said didn’t make sense as my daughter studying in paris and will not come back till next year. Further why will a student make calls worth 3600 or more?
      On my official vodafone number, i sometimes make calls worth 2500 to 3500 but not on my personal phone. This is a lot of money to forego.

      Pls note vodafone faq states as below. We sent message to activate pack on 25th sep evening as per instruction from customer care executive to sms "act ir" to 144. So technically as per your faq it should be valid from that day 25th sep for ten days. How can you say it expired as we purchased on 4th sep as i never activated the pack? At that time, her initial date of travel was 8th sep which was clearly communicated to customer care exec when enquiring about pack to buy. I never activated that pack as i was informed that she had to arrive in paris and then change settings. It was only on 25th when i called customer care, i was asked to send activation message. So it proves that voadfone is out to cheat customers.

      “benefits of the ir packs will be applicable till 23:59 hrs ist of the day from the time of activation. I. E. Date/s you choose the pack for
      - for e. G. I-roamfree 7 day pack - if you requested for i-roamfree pack at 15:00 hrs ist on the 1st of aug, you start availing pack benefits immediately on receipt of the activation confirmation sms (Approx. 30 mins after request). Benefits will be applicable till 23:59 hrs ist on the 7th of aug. “

        I am loyal used of vadafone for since many years.

        I have activated ir plan. While in roaming, in applicable are, i have used internet. I confirmed with vodafone executive that i have used 500mb out of free 5 gb.
        Vodafone has generated bill for rs. 26000 for data usage.

        They deny giving detail timing and area o[censored]sage. I am still in roaming and can not use internet.

        Please do needfull.

          I got a call from the number [protected] saying that i have won a scooter and 25000 rs as vodafone's promotional offer since jio has affected their business..I was asked which colour scooter I want and was assured that it would be delivered to my address..He was indirectly trying to assure me that it is not a fraud call..He sent a request to Vodafone about the offer as he says and I got a OTP from Vodafone..I gave him the OTP and he got my address my current plan..then he asked me account details for sending the money..Then I said you send the scooter and I don't want the money..He got a bit agitated and said you will not get only scooter or only money...Then I cut the call

            The problem of call drops is aggravating day in and day out. I have been facing this issue for sometime and getting bad to worse. I urge strictest of action to be taken against this issue and people involved. If this issue doesn’t get solved in a month or so i am porting my number. Earlier i had approached vodafone and its nodal team but nothing seems to have happened. I have lost couple of business deals because we were supposed to have a discussion on a concall but that call couldn’t get through. Extremely disappointed with the approach of vodafone

              My name is surajit kundu. My native village is northbengal. I had a prepaid kolkata sim ([protected]). I request to convert my prepaid sim to postpaid sim on 11 sept. This is done by sealdah okay vodafone store. They first port my sim kolkata to rob with out knowing me. I don't know why they porting my sim. Postpaid sim is activated and working after 4 days. After 3 days postpaid sim is stop working. I had called customer care they told me that you have to submit your hardcopy of adahar card. Now your sim is suspended. My grand mother was died on 20 sept and i went to siliguri on 21sept. I had tried to submit my adharcard to siliguri vodafone store (Near payel cinema hall) token no (218) on 22sept but they told me we can't help you as this sim is provided by kolkata store. One vodafone customer care members ([protected]) called me on 20 sept but i can't received that call because i was out of station and busy with familywork. I had talked with him on 22sept at 4pm. He told me that you will received one verification call on your brothers no ([protected]) with in 48 hours and it will be activated. Again one vodafone customer care members ([protected]) call me on 25sept and asked me to provide one your family member address near your home. I have provided that also. This is too much time waiting for solution. This is my primary sim [protected]. This sim is attached with my all bank account and 2 creditcard / pf aacount and homeloan account. My all payments are pending due to their bad service. I don't know what is my fault. Yesterday i mailed to vodafone and today morning i received one call she told me your sim will be activated within one hour. Today i went dlf it park (Kolkata) vodafone store they told me your address is not valid for postpaid. I want to know address is not valid for postpaid that is not my fault. If it is not valid for postpaid then transfer my sim into prepaid. Now i want my primary sim card any how, they have two option 1) activate my post simcard 2) transfer my sim postpaid to prepaid.

                    This is in regards to one of my calls with executive and i want to state that they are incompetent to handle, they even don't know how to handle concern.

                    Below are the folks with whom i interacted with.

                    Sandeep- Team leader.
                    Sagar. SME he didn't disclosed his designation properly.
                    Rajesh executive
                    Aakash executive
                    Balane. Executive

                    Three of the executive were so sure that they assured me on the live call that issue will be resolved and you don't need to call us for same issue, but i called again and again.

                    Coming to my issue, from past two to three days the net speed 4g has dropped and today i was receiving speed range of 8kbps to 30kbps.
                    I hope its byte and not bits.

                    Despite following up and following all process shared by executive speed didn't increased.

                    As i kept an important file to download the speed wasn't upto expectations and it kept fluctuating.

                    When i called third time, executive asked me to switch the browser, why should i switch browser to download, why don't you fix issue at your end at first place.

                    When i asked to transfer call to his superior, call was transferred and the guy name sagar handled my case and on the very first instance i asked about his designation, he claims himself as floor supervisor and later on i came to know he is a SME, why don't you educate your people not to pretend leader.

                    Post that call was transferred to supervisor this time a team leader probably, and i still doubt whether he was a supervisor.

                    I asked for technical support which was clearly denied and was told that they provide assistance in the time frame of 9 to 6, which means customer calling after 6 is not your responsibility.

                    I was ready to have a con call, but he shared some of your policies which denies transferring calls to technical team post 6.

                    So i[censored] can't provide me with the services post 6 than don't charge me, why should i wait till 15 hours when you provide service for 9 hours.

                    This is very irrelevant process and i guess it is just to harass.

                    Your team leader also assured me for a callback by 10 am tomorrow which means and it is quite clear your technical team and your voice team is outsourced to single vendor.

                    There were several loopholes which were observed mainly verification, no one verified my identity, and this means my personal data can be compromised.

                    Despite call getting transferred twice in my third call, nor your Executive, SME followed by your team leader had a courtesy for basic verification.

                    Furthermore this issue arised one week prior and prior to that i was able to use and surf at 4g speed now the question is how can a network drop to minimal speed in a week.

                      Last 3 months had been extremely busy for me and i trusted vodafone for there services and without having an aota of doubt on the bills i made the payments. But i just checked the bills yesterday and realized that i have been over charged as some vas which i have never opted for. It's been happening with me since i have opted for this connection which is almost two years now. I need reversal of the following bill cycles.

                        Vodafone haven't resolve yet the VAS problems. my balance rs 100 has been deducted on 26/9/2018 due to VAS activated without my permission and this has happened many times. Till now more than 1000rs has been deducted. please refund back my money you thief( Vodafone india) .All telecom operator they never do this without customer consent (except Vodafone)... Please refund my money 😡😡

                          I got a message saying cine zone is now active as requested and 75 rupees will be billed in the next cycle but it was never requested. This is the second time i am facing such an issue in a period of 2 months so i believe this should be very common across many customers. This is unjust and i am being cheated since i never requested for this service.

                            Vodafone also charged me 1900 rs saying a special call to number 51717 was made from my number starting from 7 am till 11:30 am for which call rates are 14 rs per minute. If we calculate the charges as per duration of 270 minutes it will cost around 4000 rs. it clearly indicates fraud charges on customers. They have blocked all outgoing calls now for last 6 days with no resolution and asking to pay that amount immediately...

                              I lost my sim long time back and had filed complaint for the same. I was told that sim will be blocked but it wasn't. [protected] is the no that I lost. I'm Meghana and the sim is on my mother's name. But whenever I make a call on that, a guy receives and insists that it's his sim now. So for security issues, i want to get that sim blocked as soon as possible.

                                My number was clubbed with my family account, later I requested to unclub. The store manager Chetan Viramgamiya +91-[protected] promised me that I will get separate bills but I am still getting clubbed bills. Post my first complaint I got separate bill but I am still getting some amount debited in my account against other other number bills for RED BASIC http://prntscr.com/l4qd3j

                                I have been visiting the store since past 3-4 months for the same issue but of no avail.

                                Febdeal online site are total fraud. Do not purchase anything from them.They just sent you used clothes and you cannot even track them back or contact them.

                                  Hi - i have been facing frequent disconnection problem in last 3 months on my mobile [protected]. Every call of mine would disconnect between 3-40 sec causing severe disruption in any communication through phone. Even filing complaint required multiple calls. Initially i was suggested twice to replace sim which was also charged. Thereafter i was advised it will be resolved and my 2 complaints s. R. No[protected]Aug 06) and[protected]Sep 20) were closed without any feedback. When i complained to re-open my complaints, i recieved a message that i requested service disconnection after a rude call that their network is fully optimized.
                                  I am looking to get the issue resolved or refund of sim charges and my monthly billings as i am unable to use the services at all.

                                    I had opted postpaid card in favor my daughter in 2018 and used for 10-15 days. Thereafter, full outstanding amount was paid by me with a request to deactivate number on 16/07/2018 from my email address. I was told it should be from registered email address. Since i was being contacted for payment i sent request of deactivation instantly and subsequently my daughter also confirmed it from her registered email address on 04/08/2018. On 03/09/2018 both o[censored]s went to vodafone store and got it confirmed that number will be deactivated. But still as on today also i am being contacted for outstanding bill.

                                      Sir/madam,

                                      I'm complaining because vodafone is activating and also charging for vas. I haven't give any request for vas and still they are charging. The message comes like "your juiceup and gaming pack is activated as requested" which was not requested by me. Even if i reply with stop, the respond is like "activate caller tune for 36/- and the them proceed with the stop request."

                                      I have paid a bill payment of rs.620 today while the rental charges being rs.399. Yes it was because the late payment and they can charge 50/- no problem at all. But they charged for usage in those unbilled days. Charged gst for almost rs.100.

                                      I think this charging was too harsh like its the 1st time i made a late payment and they charged for data usage for 5 days without even noticing me. They could have at least message that usage after due date is charged.

                                      They are actually taking advantage for our unawareness. This is high time they need to stop it.

                                      And the vas charge, they have now charged rs.117 as unbilled amount.

                                      When i checked internet for what "vas charges" only i understood it. They are cheating a lot of people by charging and activating without their permission.

                                      Mostly everyone came to know about it when the bill comes.

                                      I'm attaching some screenshots.

                                      I'm also giving screenshots of the bill payment because before payment of the bill the amount was rs.616 but after the payment is made when i check the billing history it showed as rs.353. I smelled something fishy so including it too.

                                      Hopes someone will take necessary action against this unethical act.
