Vodafone India — billing issues | |
I am really pissed of vodafone services, as i am a frequent traveller to uae and takes i roam pack for 28 days. Every time bill comes and they suspend the account and then you have to do multiple follow ups. This time vodafone has charges 10k instead of 5k for i roam pack and now they have suspended my account after doing multiple follow ups and complain. I am really pissed of with the services and every time i have to write an inmail to ceo - sunil sood. Please look in to it as i am escalating to group ceo in uk. The outlet refused to give me a receipt. I tried contacting the customer care center but no one picks up. I am surprised that the entire balance was wiped out in just two days

I have visited Vodafone store at prabhadevi. Every time they give me some excuse for not converting my post paid connection to prepaid.
Seriously didnot understand why i have to go on end of billing cycle. I am ready to my outstanding as on date.
