Vodafone India — Charged 1200 Rs saying that called 51717 and talked for 80 mins at morning 3A.M

I have been charged 1200 saying that I called to 51717 and talked for 80 mins, that too morning 3AM.which is in all the way u realistic. First of all, with other telecom subscriber 51717 is invalid number By mistake also no one can dial 51717 Making call at 3AM is unrealistic, top of that talking for 80 mins is not at all possible. Guys please be aware of this kind of fraud, if you face the same problem then complain about this, at least other people will come to know about the same issue

I have also received a bill amounting to rs.[protected] for the same no. 51717 for the month of May 2020 saying that i have called for 64 Min minutes . i have been chasing customer care for revised bill without these above charges but they are not responding to the same.
Lets put these problem to the higher authority of Vodafone as the no 51717 is the common amongst all concerns.
