Respected, I want to bring to your kind notice that I have received a call from mobile number[protected] to know the Details of my Credit card stating that he is authorised bank representative and want to verify my details as part of their regular process. But I have clear information from my credit card issuing bank that they will not call and ask for any confidential information from customers. I immediately realized and questioned his identity and understood he is trying to cheat me with wrong identification for my Credit Card details.     This is regarding my vodafone number [protected] which I an using from past 16 years. After repeated followup and several mails to both Nodal agency and Vodafone corporate care I am not getting a satisfactory reply. I would request to please carefully go thru the details along with complaint numbers and mails I have attached. My old plan was Lifetime 999 Plan which was active for past several years and there was no year/monthly rental. But in the month of Sep 2015 I thought o move to another plan and put a request to change my plan to monthly rental 399 starting next billing cycle and the request number was[protected]. But within a week I realized that due to poor signal connectivity in my area (Sarita Vihar) I won't be able to make full use of my phone so I put a request to cancel the plan change request. My cancellation request was confirmed and reference number was[protected] which was generated on 12th October. Please refer to attach mail communication for the same. But when my new billing cycle started I found that you have stopped my CLIP, changed my PLAN to 399 even tough I cancelled my request. I again contacted your corporate care and Nodal agency why you have done that despite you confirmed that the request has been cancelled. Then they restored all my old services via reference number[protected]. But when I get my latest bill, you gave me shock of my life. You put following changes: 1. Rs 889.11 for Lifetime advance rental plan 2. Rs 38.61 for 3 days of 399 plan. This plan was activated by you not by me. Refer to my complaint number[protected] of 9th oct. 3. Rs 23 for All [protected]@1 Rs. This was the service which was available to me till last bill at no monthly rent. Now when all these services were running smoothly for past several years and I have already paid for these then why you charged it again. Vodafone made the mistake of changing my plan and then restoring the services. Why I should pay for others mistake. I would request to please carefully go thru the details along with complaint numbers and mails I have attached. Please revert back these charges at the earliest as these are not legitimate charges and please relieve me from such harassment. If you need further clarification, please call me I will provide further details.

      I have been using Vodafone postpaid for the last five years and today (27/11) my outgoing call service and data services were suddenly deactivated because of rejected verification. I had shifted to Hyderabad from Kolkata recently and had to change my network. I had to provide a temporary hotel address to the store and during verification purposes I told that I have stayed at the hotel and then I have moved to my present address. This somehow led him to believe that the verification is not correct (but he did not say anything), before suspension the verifier could have asked me for invoices of the hotel, instead no intimation was provided whatsoever. I was advised that it is going to take 2 days before services are resumed, is this the professionalism you show to your long term Vodafone customers? What am I supposed to do if I have to make a critical call? This is absolutely pathetic and most unprofessional behavior towards a customer from a mobile service provider of Vodafone's stature.

        I have been charged 1200 saying that I called to 51717 and talked for 80 mins, that too morning 3AM.which is in all the way u realistic. First of all, with other telecom subscriber 51717 is invalid number By mistake also no one can dial 51717 Making call at 3AM is unrealistic, top of that talking for 80 mins is not at all possible. Guys please be aware of this kind of fraud, if you face the same problem then complain about this,...

          I was a smartpay customer for Vodafone through HDFC bank credit card. I moved to Pune from Karnataka circle on 30th August, 2015 and my number([protected]) was in roaming for the whole month of September. Because of this my Vodafone bill for the month of September had reached the maximum limit. The bill for the month was Rs. 1603/- and I was informed by the Vodafone customer care that I had to pay the bill as soon as possible so that my number does not get blocked. So I paid it manually on 7th October, 2015. (Transaction ID :[protected]. Post that again on 13th of October, 2015, the same amount was deducted from my HDFC credit card( Transaction ID:[protected]. When I contacted HDFC, they said it could be resolved from Vodafone side. After this I moved my number to Maharashtra circle. Since then I have contacted Vodafone customer care and also visited Vodafone store(Bhumkar chowk, Kalewadi phata, Dange chowk) a number of times to resolve the issue. But every time I got the response saying that it could be compensated in the next month's bill. But I have not been able to login to Vodafone site since then. And when I call the customer care or visit the Vodafone store, I get a response saying they are not able to see the details of the previous circle. And this month, my number was blocked by Vodafone since I have not paid the bill for the month of October. The extra money in my account is not being adjusted for this bill.

              Dear sir i am the new user of vodafone company.actually i am using idea network(up west) from last 7 year on [protected] phone no. but becouse of my job i have to shifted to NCR so i ported my network in vodafone i submitted all the documents on the 12th nov they told me all the processing would be taking 10 to 15 days to complete.my no is started around 25th nov 2015 i was living in noida at time so i provide them that address details. 1. All of sudden the stop my outgoing on 30 oct 2015 reason the provide me is because the guy over my house told them that i will shifted in a month to badarpur (he mentioned that i will be shifted after one month) they negative my request at that time by mentioning user shifted to badarpur. and he mention that building colour is yellow (i agreed that guy visited my place at first visit) 2.I request them for revarification of my address with request no[protected] on 31 oct 2015. this request is also get negative with the reason o[censored]sed is not living there replied by a lady in my house with white building. 3. i request for re verification again with request no[protected] on 2 nov 2015 this request is also get negative with the reason of guard denying the user's acceptance that he is living. then they suspend my no.(stop my incoming) 4. i again file a request to re verification no[protected] on 4 nov 2015 this request get canceled with reason that they can be able to find file request because time of previous request is not completed. 5. then i again raise requests with[protected] on 7nov2015 and[protected] on 9 nov2015 but these also get negative.he cant able to find my house 6. then i file a complaint no[protected] on 10 nov 2015 the guy over called told me that they will contact me within 2 day but nobody contacts me . 7.I again raise request no[protected] on 13 nov 2015 i dont know the status of this . on on 14th nov 2015 i shifted my place to badarpur so i provide my new address with rent agreement to you customer store at faridabad and then they again file a request to new address verification on new address with 72 hrs. I called your customer care today 23/11/2015 at 3 he was saying that varification excutive will be visiting my new house till today but no opne come so i called ypour costumer care at 10 again he is saying i have to visit customer care again. i have recordings of all calls each and every call if you need let me know . now i have following question that i want answer from you. 1. how could it possible that time he finds my correct address and then everything he either went to wrong address or wrong building or he cant able to find place. there is no guard and no lady is living at our whole house then why is doing wrong verification . 2. they are saying he tried my phone and alternate no but haven't receive any call regarding this till today just tell me one thing my phone is working 24*7 and he tried called me on 2 no 14 times but it cant able to connect not even single time . 3. my home is 19 km away from your store tell me how many time i have to visit it without any reason. i am using same no last 7 year it is not close for even a single day but j= i just ported to voda phone and now it is closed from a month i want a stable anwer from you guys at right time.

                I bought 2 new postpaid sim from vodafone store [protected]-18, which is activated in[protected], after that I get a message from vodafone on[protected] that address verification is failed due to lock at my address, the executive mentioned that I gave address of my office which is totally nonsense, I live in 'flat no 203, tower B16, supertech Ecovillage 2, greater noida west', near by this address their is no office in radius of 2km, I have confirmed this from my security guards and checked visitors register also no executive come to lovation top verify the address, due to this vodafone has banned my outgoing facility on[protected], due to this I had loss of near by Rs25000 in my business, after this I call to vodafone customer care for seven to eight times every time I call the ask my address, and told to start sevice in 2 hour but after 24 hour of complain no one come to verify my address and my service is not acctivated, today I go to consumer forum to complain against vodafone.. which is worst service ever..

                  I have been using the Rs. 249 recharge plan for 3G internet of Vodafone since more than 2 years. Suddenly, today when I did my recharge I am getting 2G service only.
                  The Company suddenly changed the plans and their rates. Who is responsible for this. I require 3G service because of my work throughout the day, it is necessary for me to have that service. Now my money and time has been wasted because this company did not bother to inform me about the changes in the plan rates. If they can't inform their customers about the change how are the customers suppose to know about it and this results in their lose of money.
                  I would like the company to compensate my money. And I am more than happy to switch my service provider ASAP. I just want my compensation or the service I wanted initially.

                    Hi Team, Its been a pathetic experience with the Vodafone services. Since last few months I have logged many complaints but non of them were handled properly. I want to share my experience that I have been subjected to. I had raised multiple complaints regarding my last month Bill amounting to Rs 1164.63/-, refer to the below complaint nos. [protected] dated 26/11/2015 [protected] dated 25/11/2015 [protected] dated 21/11/2015 And every time I received a message that "we are unable to reach you on your mobile no.". It is quite impossible as I never switch off my mobile, and there is no network issue at my office. Hence anyone can guess why they are not able to contact me as they aren't even trying to. Meanwhile for the past few day I have been receiving calls telling me to pay off my bills as my unbilled amount is going to reach Credit Limit. Coming back to the actual issue:- My Vodafone number has 'Roam like home facility' since last three and half years, and suddenly I found out that it was deactivated one and half months back. And when I inquired about it customer care executive told me that it was deactivated when I asked for Rs 75/- roaming pack activation. Just to inform you that before I requested for Rs 75/- roaming pack, i had confirmed this with your executive, and he told me when yo will be back to Pune you will have your current tariff plans. But as you can see I still have roaming charges in my bill. I haven't received any clarification on the extra charges and neither your executives are able to explain me the reasons. I had been facing similar issue since last three months. As I can't find any answers to my complaints, I had to write to you in this way. I am planning to take this matter to highest level possible, would definitely try for other means of complaints including raising this issue in consumer court and social media. A very frustrated Customer.

                      When i came to Mumbai, i ported my Gurgaon vodafone postpaid number([protected]) to Mumbai.Since, i do not use phone much, i opted for smallest tariff available which was around Rs. 175. It was special tariff offered to NMIMS students. But, when the bill came, vodafone billed me as per Rs. 375 tariff. Quite obviously, i did not make the payments and they stopped giving services.

                      I have not been able to visit the vodafone store because of time constraints but, when i received a call from their executive, i told them my concern. At that time he acknowledged my complain. But on 26th Nov, 2015, i have received a court letter from advocate Harish Gore regarding payment dues.

                      Hence, i want to register an official complaint against Vodafone India. Please find the details below :

                        I have written multiple e-mails and have had multiple conversations with your so called “Customer Care Representatives”.

                        It all started when I started getting calls for collection in the beginning of the month of November’15. I logged on to your site and it showed that my outstanding is Rs.-0.40.
                        I informed you guys about this and they said it is a technical issue and would be fixed in 48 hrs.

                        Nothing happened.

                        To my surprise I get another collection call on the 7th November’15. I informed them again of the concern and they said that it would be fixed in 48 hrs.

                        To my surprise still Nothing Happened.

                        Now things started getting even worse, one fine day I tried to make a call and I hear this outstanding payment message being played on my number. I called up 199 ( I don’t even feel like calling it Customer Care anymore),
                        Explained everything again and I was told the payment would be credited in 6 hrs and the message would be stopped in next 2 hrs.

                        The message was stopped but the payment still not reflecting on the site.

                        I still went ahead and made the payment of Rs.1200.00 using my SBI Card through your website, even at that time it was still showing the outstanding amount as Rs.-0.40.
                        Once I made the payment the amount started showing as Rs.-1200.40. It was 13th Nov’15 when I made the payment.

                        Now things started getting even worse, even after making the payment on 16th Nov’15 I again got a collection call and I told the same thing again. The said ok they would update it and would reflect in my account in 48 hrs.

                        Nothing Happened.This time not to my surprise anymore.

                        I got a message from Vodafone on 18th Nov’15 stating that your payment has been received. Phew….. I though finally it’s all over. I logged on to your website but to my surprise the payment was not updated and the amount was now showing as Rs.-898.03.

                        Worse was yet too happen though…. I got another collection call on 20th Nov’15 and now I was pissed of (pardon my French) but this is how feel right now.

                        I have also updated the snapshots of the payment that I made on your page on Facebook as well and have got comments from you guys stating we would call you but since 21st Nov’15 no one has called me regarding that.

                        Even today I got a call for collection in the morning and I told the same thing. I am just short o[censored]sing the cuss words because you guys have irritated the hell out of me.

                        I have been receiving multiple calls for the payment and now I have run out of patience. I got your e-mail address from the consumer court website as I was about to log a case, but I don’t know why I just thought of writing to you.

                        In my house we have five connections and if this is not sorted at the earliest I would not only file the case with consumer court but also port all the numbers out.

                        I am hoping against hope that something would come out of this e-mail if not well then I would have to end this almost 14 year old association with Vodafone.

                          Vodafone is providing me very poor network in mumbai also and also out of station it is worst. Customer care also taking time to resolve my query. It looks like vodafone is not happy to help us. On top of this i get call from vodafone [protected] simply saying that "if you are getting proper network in postpaid try prepaid vodafone". Worst service

So I want to lease land to make Tower within our School so that we can get better facility from Vodafone or Hutch in our School. The BSNL will not be able to provide us better facility.                               Vodafone deducted 90 rupees from my account for for some web activated service which i didnt want in the first place.now when i asked them to stop it and refund it they said u should have called within 24 hrs so they cannot refund my money.but i was not informed about this 24 hrs policy beforehand and they did not even inform me about this service actvation and balance deduction.they misguide customers.i want my refund

                                Hi .. I had requested for mobile number portability on my vodafone number 3 months ago since I shifted from delhi to mumbai. I had submitted all the necessary docs for this and done the payment spontaneously..even then vodafone took around 2 months to port my number considering that i kept calling them every now and then for those 2 months.

                                They took 1000/- extra from me saying that they will accommodate it with the unbilled payment and rest of the amount, i will receive back through a dd in next 15 days. Now its been more than 30 days and i have not received any amount.

                                What made it even worse was that the staff of vodafone stopped attending to my issue, and made excuses whenever i called. I never received my balance amount plus when i told the store manager that i am not able to login to my account online he lied to me saying that he can so i must check my system. These people are such they don't understand that they are loosing their business and not doing any kind of harm to us.

                                I had taken around 40 numbers from vodafone for my office and now i will see to it that all 40 numbers get deactivated. Vodafone does not deserve any customer if you are not ready to provide services to your customers.

                                Remember when your downfall starts- the biggest loophole was you never paid attention to what kind of people you have hired to attend to your consumers..

                                Your services sucks..!! Thanks for wasting my time, energy and money.

                                  Dear Vodafone Team,

                                  I am using Vodafone since long. I have been complaining you month on month that your billing system has some issue. Every alternate month some or other charges are excess charged. From free calls to Internet usage it is an on going issue.

                                  Now I see for last two month bill is correct, but the previous adjustment amount is still adding up to the bill.

                                  I do not understand why the same is not being waived.

                                  I have sent you number of mails explaining the issue, but your replies are same always it seems robos are replying i.e. without looking into the concern for the sake of replying you reply.

                                  I did not use excess internet, I chked at *111# number I had balance few MBs left but still you charged it on bill.

                                  Could you answer below two points:-

                                  1. when I use less data, why do not you refund pro rata amount
                                  2. when I pay 3G service data and 80% of time I get 2G services, why so not you charge 2G usage data proportionately.

                                  I hope I could make you understand better and much better this time
