Vodafone India — Charging for services never used | |||
Vodafone has charged me for data which is supposed to be a part of my data plan. They are saying i consumed 100% of it on 20th april for which i never recieved any warning msg but on 30th april i recieved a msg saying i have reached 80% data limit of my plan. Vodafone is now charging for data used from 22nd april, which is part of my free plan. I raised a complain but they closed it without giving any reason. Was this information helpful? | |||

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 28, 2015 Leema Baruah Bhargava's response my call is barred without any information, after 24 hours of bill payment still no concern from vodafone. RM is not even interested to solve the problem. very bad service. i am facing very much problem.
