Vodafone India — complaint about 1 year zee5 subscription not activated

I have ported two postpaid connections of airtel in vodafone so i was given a family plan of 598 which has amazon prime, zee5 and vodafone subscriptions for one year but i am not able to use zee5 subscription, vodafone has become a pathetic company which doesn't care for its customers i took a wrong decision by joining vodafone, i want a call from someone who is able to help me

How can you close the complaint without giving resolution, do you understand the meaning of resolution
