Vodafone India — complaint against mini store

I reached raunak avenue abdul road vodafone mini store for my very old sim replacement, so that i could insert it in my new smartphone.
But mr siumen roy at first denied to do so in first half, then i reached again in second half he asked for documents, i have given original aadhaar card, he told though your aadhaar is linked he will not change the sim as address is not matching. The only way to change the sim is i have to convert my postpaid connection into prepaid.
It is very disappointing for me that vodafone care not supporting for simply exchange of old sim to new one without doing business.
That's why people migrating from vodafone to another service provider.
Very poor service by vodafone.
