Listen, vodafone company barred my outgoing call its about five days only after my recharge of 199 free call and with 1.5gb data per day but its only five days and when i try to call the operators says that your outgoing call is barred plsz call customer care and when i call customer care the operator says the same what the hell is going on with this vodafone company i want my free calls back man i have been fed up with this vodafone if they didnt solve this problem i m going to port my vodafone card to jio ok

    I am loving in rajkot, gujarat. Since upgrade of 4g from vodafoygujaray, network is very poor, poor voice transmission, slow data transfer and call dropped many many times. I am complaining the customer care manytimes but they jist allot a number, calls back sometimes (Not for each complain) with same message “poor network will be there inside your home, we have solved outside your home”. I have complained for my home network. Since 2005 i am customer for vodafone gujarat but since last 1 year network is poorest, customer care is totally non co-operative and no one interested to solve the problem. Also company non willing to pass any rent relief for the problems and charges fully. My last two complain numbers are[protected] and[protected] which are not solved for me and no technical person visited to look into the issue and i have insisted company to make a visit to understand it. Presently vodafone is only willing to make money without giving the service for which they are charging. My postpaid number is [protected].

      Hi,

      I had my samsung S7 edge damaged in the month of Aug 18. As I had red shield mobile damage protection plan, I claimed immediately post damage of my phone.It took around 15 days in all procedures and finally all necessary approval received and I got my phone repaired on own behalf and paid Rs.13784 to service center.insurance approved amount is Rs.12406.I sent all the necessary documents and damaged part to insurance company.I even received the confirmation that all the documents are verified and sent to insurer payment will be done within 15 working days however it has been more than 4 months since status still the same.I called to customer care for several times but did not receive the correct information.every time they gave the multiple dates to release the payment but it was wrong communication.They are saying that there is payment issue with insurance company. Payment will be released in 15 days.after completing 15 days when I gave another call then got another date.I dropped mail at Vfclaims but no revert received even after reminders.only auto generated mail receives.Please help.

        complaint against mini store

        I reached raunak avenue abdul road vodafone mini store for my very old sim replacement, so that i could insert it in my new smartphone.
        But mr siumen roy at first denied to do so in first half, then i reached again in second half he asked for documents, i have given original aadhaar card, he told though your aadhaar is linked he will not change the sim as address is not matching. The only way to change the sim is i have to convert...

        Hi,

        I am using vodafone number [protected] from last more than 5 years. Currently i am on international roaming for my business trip and i given request on 11th july to activate international roaming plan 149 but there was a service already activated on 21st may without my consent and due to that i am being charged more 5000 per month i have noticed the same and when raised a complaint vodafone appellate officer offered me for two months waiver. My concern is if i am wrongly charged for more than 5 month then why they are offering 2 months waiver. Kindly look into the matter and they have deactivated my number without any reason. Complaint number at vodafone end is [protected]. Please help me to rectify this issue.

          I want to activate conference call service in my phone. But there vodafone says the service is temporarily unavailable for me. I followed their steps by messeging the number 199 saying to activate. But i got a reply saying service temporarily unavailable. This is illogical because every other networks have conference call facility with minimal extra fee. I need a quick answer to this problem.

            I have received several sms to my mobile [protected] mentioning that the money has been detected for "vodafone all tv channel" without prior consent.

            How can they take the money without subscribing to the service?

            This is completely pathetic service and cheating the public.

              Recently INR 99 was deducted from my mobile stating that i had acessed international naetwork. Now i had earlier recharged my phone with INR159 but later came to know that this plan no longer gives free data so i immediately called up customer care and was told that after deducting GST the money will be added to my main balance and i can now recharge with INR199 . But till now it has nit been done and am unable to speak to any customer care executive from my number. Please help with legar procedure. #[protected]

                incoming calls are barred-vodafone prepaid

                Incoming calls are barred and full balance deducted every 28 days. I am not making any calls but my balance becomes zero after 28 days automatically. Incoming calls are barred after 38 days which is against trai rules. This is happening for the past 2 months. Incoming calls should not get barred automatically after 38 days & balance should not get deducted after 28 days....

                Dear sirs,
                Vodafoneidea has unjustly bared my outgoing calls stating that i have not cleared previous network operatos bill. I had already mailed all details to them on 6th dec. Which is as under
                "further to my mail dated 6th dec regarding the payment for unjust bill raised by airtel while purposely delaying the porting. I am hereby giving you the porting numbers am363412 valid till 10.10.2018 and am431569 valid till 26.10.2018. The first posting request was purposely delayed stating technical reasons and therefore we had to raise another port request. During this delay they have raised invoice which is unjustified. We had already payed extra rs 60 towards the processing days of port request. Please find attached rs300/- towards the monthly bill of rs239/- and rs61 extra towards the processing of porting.
                Delaying of porting by airtel was totally on purpose and unjustified."

                I also wish to raise complaint against airtel for purposely delaying the porting which was raised within adequate billing cycle days remaining. We had to raise porting number twice. Second time also they agreed on porting after much delay. The reason for delay being no network in santacruz west area in lic office on sv road. We followed up this issue for a year but it was not solved so we ported out

                Sorry to say a person claiming to be staff of consumer complaints forum called me in evening ( Tel no, [protected] Rajiv Tandaliya called from jio mobile and tried to convince me that my problem would resoled if i update my Airtel wallet ( which off i have deleted after porting. the guy sent, e even otp for logging in to wallet . he tried to cajole me to fill the wallet with 9000/- rs which i could reclaim back after airtel problem was resolved. this guu is total fraud. calling from jio number trying to update my airtel wallet to resolve problem .
                however after this incident my Vodafone number has been temporarily disconnected ( voice message when we call that number) With this Vodafone has lost one customer and the bill amount of current bill which i will not pay ever now. So bye bye vodafone.

                  I would like to inform you that i had made a recharge of rs.10 on 04.12.2018 and rs.35 on 05.12.2018. But unusually amount debited by vodafone and my current balance is showing negetive balance of rs.25.19. I had already submitted complain to vodafone customer care, but till date that is not reversed / refunded to my account balance. So i am unable to make any calls as well as sms. I had recharged for taking service of outgoing calls and sms. But i am unable to make any calls and sms, due to wrong amount debited by vodafone. I request you to take action against vodafone mobile service provider. So that it can not charge any other indian citizens / customer for unusual service charges or debit amount from credit balance or debit against zero balance.

                  That is issuing in my mind a question :-
                  How can a mobile service provider debit amount, if there is no credit balance?

                  Please provide justice for my financial and metal harrasement by vodafone.

                      I was using [protected] with vodafone from a long time which was a prepaid sim. My sim got damaged and i went to the nearest vodafone store to get a replacement sim for it. Due to the unavailability of the sim with them, i was forced to shift to vodafone postpaid services due to urgency. I had my flight for bengaluru next day so i chose postpaid as only postpaid sim were available at that time. I came to bengaluru and within a week my number was suspended without any prior notice. I went to the nearest vodafone store in vijayanagar (Bengaluru). After waiting for a long time, they addressed me and said that another number [protected] was running on my name for one year and it has some billing issues that i need to clear before any help can be given for my current number [protected]. Without my knowledge and consent, a number was running for one year and was billed by vodafone. How is it possible? I wasn't even aware that a number was being run in the past on my name. I asked them to help me in this situation but they declined and said that they can not do anything because it is haryana circle sim. I convinced them to talk to haryana circle as being a customer of vodafone, for me vodafone is one and how does it matter which circle i'm currently in? It is absurd as if one person has a native circle sim and he is working in another circle, how can he communicate? I'm a citizen of india and it doesn't matter which state i'm in. So, i was adviced by the store to contact them after a week as they have mailed the haryana circle for the same. I waited for a week and then for a month and now it is almost 3 months it has not been resolved. I called the vodafone store guy and he told me that nothing can be done as i need to pay for a number which without my consent got activated and without my knowledge was being run for one year. I was also told that my number [protected] will be permanently barred on 27 december if i don't get it activated that too only by paying the bill for [protected].
                      Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                      It’s almost more than 20 days but I didn’t get any call from Vodafone people. Also, my number is closed permanently without prior notice.

                        I am using vodafone (Hutch) from past 10 years. My unlimited and data pack got expired on 18th dec 2018. I called customer care on 16th dec 2018 around 5:45 pm. We have discussed about plans, i asked one plan rs 597 (About unlimted and data pack) and she communicated me daily will get 10 gb of data with rs597 based on her input i have recharged my number with rs 597 but till april 7th we will get 10gb only it is updating in my vodafone app. I really felt bad. If we want you can check recorded conversations. Even i have saved and recorded conversation with vodafone staff

                        How come you are connecting our calls to vodafone customer trainees without knowing about plans and without giving proper knowledge training.

                        I have met vodafone customer care and raised my concern they have taken my complaint. Please find my complaint number [protected] and do needful. Wishing you positive response from your side.

                          I've uploaded the photos contains bank info and mobile unknowingly, requested for removal of these personal info but customer operator replied its not possible to remove complaint. I've requested to remove photos not the complaint.

                          Im receiving unsolicited call as soon as i posted complaint on website.

                            Sir, for your kind information I have no unbilled usage of last month because I have no due payment . I have paid my last month 's bill on 28/11/2018 and also I have paid extra seven rupees. But again and again you are sending me reminder mail and message and calling me for paying the bill whereas due date of my bill payment is 2nd January . Today afternoon I have lodged the complaint. Today evening i have got call from [protected] six times and saying that I have lodged the complaint regarding bill payment and if I don't link my vodafone number to my bank account my Sim shall be locked. Even after paying the bill you lock my Sim so what can I do? This is one kind of harrasment. But I will not link my mobile number with my bank account number.If you don't dissolve this problem and lock or disconnect my Sim I shall put the case on consumer forum against vodafone service provider because I have money receipt of payment .

                              Sms sending facility stopped

                              17 minutes agodetails
                              My vodafone number is [protected]. The sms ng facility on my mobile number is stopped from 3/11/2018. I have complained about it to vodafone more 2 times but my complain has not been resolved. If my sms sending facility is not started immediately, i will port from vodafone to another network. I will wait for 24 hours, after that i am not going to waste time complaing about sms service denial. I will immediately start porting process. If porting is denied then i will simply throw away vodafone sim and buy another sim from airtel, jio, or bsnl (All these operators provide good coverage in my area).
                              This is my final complaint to vodafone. If my sms sending facility is not started within 24 hours, i am done with your service.

                                I have more than 7 Rs. In my vodafone sim contact no. [protected] but still i qm uble to send message to 1900 for porting request. I am trying to send tge message from last 4-5 days but all my efforts gone waste. I am also trying to register my complaint through 198 helpline no. but there offers are being described and call is not transferring to their customer service representative. Therefore i request you to please help me to get out of the issue.

                                  Since last 5 days my vodafone incoming and outgoing calls stopped.
                                  On 3rd dec 2018 received sms saying "pay minimum rs 35 or more other wise outgoing call will be stooped 10.12.2018. On 14th my outgoing calls stopped.
                                  On 16th my incoming calls also stopped
