Vodafone India — complaint against outstanding my vodafone number : [protected]

Dear sir/ madam,

As per trailing mail, vodafone asked to pay extra charges for last bill.

I am briefing in details : -

I was using mobile no. #[protected] with vodafone and my plan was rs. 250+gst (Rs. 295/- including gst) and billing cycle was 28th to 27th of the month, due to company process, need to port my number in jio and porting process has been completed on 20th may'19.

As per plan which is given by vodafone 1.6 years ago, my bill should made rs. 217 (Approx) for last bill cycle 28th april to 20th may'19 (22 days). I had paid for rs. 220/- in advance before porting process. But, vodafone generate my bill for rs. 360/- for last billing cycle and changed my plan to rs. 399/- + gst from rs. 250+gst without any communication.

Also saying this bill generated on prorate basis and we can't reverse and harassing me on daily basis & forcing me to pay this extra charges.

I also receiving call from jio to pay this bill otherwise my number services will be suspended soon.

I complaint multiple times in vodafone (Reference number [protected], [protected], [protected], against extra charges but nobody responding in positive ways.

Please help to short-out this issue.

Dear Megha,

As per your last email & discussion over the phone, my all outstanding will be reverse and no need to pay. Now, after one day you saying we can reverse Rs.
52/- only against extra charges for Rs. 140/-. Why???

I already paid in advance for Rs. 220/- as per my plan which is given by Vodafone, My plan was Rs. 250+GST = Rs. 295 including GST/ monthly.

This is third times I am sending mail to Vodafone, Please close this outstanding without more nonsense otherwise I will file a case against Vodafone in TRAI & Consumer court for harassing me on daily basis.

This is my last & final warning, please close this.

Why Vodafone change my plan for last bill??????????? please confirm...

I was using plan for Rs. 250+GST (for lifetime) for my Vodafone number from more than 1.6 years and every month I was paying bill for Rs. 293 to 295 including GST.

Now you are saying I need to pay as per Rs. 399+GST. WHY??????????

Also Vodafone executive didn't tell anything about plan while offering me that your plan will be change from Rs. 250+GST to Rs. 399+GST when you port your number to other telecom for last bill. Why?????

Only, I wants clearance for my extra outstanding from Vodafone and please don't give me excuses.

Greeting for the day!!

This is inform to all of you that I was using Vodafone number #[protected] till 20 May'19, after that my number has been port in JIO.

I was using plan for Rs. 250+GST (for lifetime) for my Vodafone number from more than 1.6 years and every month I was paying bill for Rs. 293 to 295 including GST.

I already paid for Rs. 220/- in advance to Vodafone before port my number into JIO which was used by me for billing cycle 28th April to 20th May'19 (Approx 22 days) as per my plan which is given by Vodafone.

In my last bill Vodafone showing my plan was Rs. 399+GST and generate bill for Rs. 360/- for billing cycle 28th April to 20th May'19, I complaint against extra outstanding in Vodafone many times but nobody listen and saying you need to pay only this.

Yesterday, I visited at Vodafone store for same issue, but your executive (Ms. Titli) saying we can't clear your outstanding without pay from your side.

I just wants to ask to Vodafone, why cheating customer in last bill?

Please clear extra outstanding.
