Vodafone India — Customer care not supporting me | |||
Last three of moths my mobile 3g network not connecting so i though last month port my number in airtel or idea but they call me and told that your issue with 3g network will resolve earliest. But nothing happens so i call Vodafone customer care(198), first person told me that there is no issue with 3g network in your place. When i ask to transfer my call to Vodafone 3g data service care he told me that this is your personal number so please call with other Vodafone number so that we can transfer your number to 3g service care. I call with my BSNL mobile number to [protected] and this time customer care person told me please call me with your personal number and put my phone on hold.
