[Resolved]  Vodafone India — deactivate games portal

I haven't activated any games portal in my phone.. I had recharged my number few days back and it had more than rs. 100 as balance and now the balance is rs.4. Your customer care is the worst service i have come across.. Im never able to contact your executive for any of my complaints.. If this goes on, i'll need to port my sim.. Deactivate the games portal as soon as possible.

This has happened recently to me as well as with ever member of my family. Vodafone has been doing it again and again with different reasons when you don't even take their services. Sometimes they put some ### caller tune, next they charge you for god knows what games. I want a refund Vodafone.

Everytime vodaphone is sending a reply here about talking to their customer care support because they can't reach you. The only thing they say is that they can't initiate a refund then how is this helpful? They can't reach you but they can deduct your balance without your concern. Wtf, We want our refund back Vodafone.
This happened with me also. I didn't requested for any access to Handset Inbuilt Games. If you keep deducting balance like this then balance will be 0 in no time.
Vodafone has deducted balance ₹25 for Handset Inbuilt Games without any concern.
I think vodafone is doing again and again from so many people and to avoid this for other people we need stand and make our voice big.
So please use social media to highlight this issue and make people aware of this.

Vodafone is worst i lost my more than rs 100 balance. I have not subscribe to any vodafone service .. but this happened🤬🤬🤬🤬 I AM GONNA STOP USING VODAFONE . And use Airtel now. Worst Vodafone services.

This has been going on since March 2021 and i didn't even realise until I saw this message today this is really very bad i didn't even try to activate anything. VI has been deducting my balance since a year now and this is very unfair to make business by auto deducting customers balance. Refund my balance.

Even I am a victim today for the auto deduction by the VI. First fun portal then caller tune and now handset games. Totally unfair VI to deduct without the consent of the consumer.

Hello all...
I'm here just to let you all know that it's new gimmick of company to generate revenue via these tricks...I was also looking for the solution of the amount charged without consent. After searching online here n there I tried calling customer service and asked them about whole process of charging rs. 25 to customer...so they explained quite well about the playstore thing...in playstore settings if you look into payment tab there's a option of VI billing .. which is causing all these mess. So if you're having auto update on they'll charge you for downloading some contacts related to gaming. But in my case it wasn't active so I insisted to complaint about all this and asked for refund... And they simply agreed. So reach out to customer care number they'll refund you the amount.
