Vodafone India — Deactivated my Phone number | |||
Hello Sir, I was using Vodafone prepaid number from last one year ([protected]) 20 days back i converted into Post paid (corporate plan), I submitted my Passport copies, Pan card and photo and they activated my service. It was all good for 14 days then suddenly they stopped my sim without even notifying me. When I called in they told your verification has failed and the irony is No one from Vodafone even came for verification. I am calling everyday to their customer care but no progress. I have submitted Letter for postpaid connection from the IT company where I work but still from last 5 days they have deactivated my sim. I want to register a complaint regarding Vodafone for their ridiculour services. It is impacting my Business. When I go to the vodafone store in Kondhwa, Pune from where I bought the sim, that person says everything has been done from his End, now its all upto the verification department to start your sim services. I dont understand at the time of Billing they will ask for the complete one month Bill then how come they are stopping my services. Was this information helpful? | |||
