Vodafone India — deactivating my mobile number | |||
Respected sir/madam, This is Henrietta Barooah from Mumbai. The complaint is that I had paid a vodafone postpaid mobile number bill of the amount 702rs. a few days back which is okay for me but while doing the payment I get a message that Rs.1002 of the remaining bill amount is still remaining and this amount is really too much to pay for a normal person like me. Actually I'm having some personal problem in my house and I'm unable to pay the bill which has increased upto 1002 which has increased because of me not paying it at the given date. When I paid the amount Rs.702, I thought that they (Vodafone) would reactivate my number but no step has been taken up till now and it's been a week and I'm unable to make any normal calls or send messages.
