    My vodafone number is [protected]. I want to register a serious complaint for call drop, every call i make or receive gets dropped in 4-5 seconds. My family is also using the vodafone network and facing the same issue in our whole city of lucknow. And this issue is from past 2 months. Kindly rectify it asap else i would be left with no other option than porting out.

      I have been charged vas continuously on 2 mobile numbers that m using. The march, april, may and june bill also is added with these charges. First time i got charged i called vodafone and told them about the errors and i got it corrected. Second time it happened also i called and got it corrected. Now again my may bill and june bill has it. They say there were some game link clicked but there is no consent from my end to add that service nor have they informed of such service activation which is a must as per trai. This form of cheating of adding vas on their end without customer knowing of these clicks is complete cheating. The call made to 15523 says i have no vas activated on my number. The other number has amazon prime and vodafone play activated which is a complementary service by vodafone. Please correct the bills. I am literally fed of calling your customer care. They are very arrogant too.

        I want the refund for the extra recharge done on this service.
        Feedback for your internal customer service doesn't matter at all.

        This is not business ethics.

        Vodafone treats it's customers as they are fools by cheating and misleading with inappropriate behaviour and information.

        I am glad that vodafone doesn't care at for it customers.
        A customer alway has further options by porting out all the services in the family, then inform the consumer court and fight for extra compensation for the cheat, fraud, misslead for the service they have addressed for such a simple concern.

        Appellate desk is also useless and they don't know what to talk.

        A message appears stating that Rs. 50 have been deducted from you account for Chak De Fatte service as requested. But i didnot request for any such service. Plz check the problem.

          But from that day i am getting continuous calls from vodaphone nos and which is irritating
          From morning 8 am the calls starts as if i am the only coustomer left
          Pl do the needful and stop the calls

            I have been cheated from long time.in spite of pathetic services vodafone charge me huge bill from last 6 to 7 months. Also, didn't kept the word of reversal of charges which was committed 2 months back. Its mental and financial harassment from few months. After long time followup vodafone is not able to give me satisfactory resolution each time customer care new person call for details and i am repeating same story from last few months.

            Please note i am not going to pay bill till my pending request gets addressed. Vodafone must pay penalty (50, 000 rs) for all this challenges and difficulties cased to me. Also vodafone is responsible to pay all the legal charges will case to me in this regard.

While checking last 6 to 8 months bill i observed lots of inconsistencies and billing amount raised without any change in plan. Plus vodafone is providing one of the worst service in our region. Poor network for call, data. Many call drop. Don't know, i am just carrying dead phone - without network most on the time.

            Due to all these reason i raised request for number porting. Then i got call from your customer care and they offer to give me wavier on my one month extra bill of rs 500 and offer me change in plan so i continue with vodafone. Last month also i received bill of rs 532. I called customer care about my waiver then they said it will reflect in my may months bill so i waited. Now i see again i received bill of rs 350 approximately. And no agreed waiver in the bill.

            When i called today to customer care she denied my request saying all previous charges were valid.

            This is frustrating and annoying. Iam feeling vodafone is big bluffing service provider. I have all recordings were customer care agreed for this compensation. I am logging complain in consumer court. It's lots of financial and mental stress because of all your miss management. Let it be more expenses to me but i will make sure company will not torcher anyone else again.

              I haven't asked for internet services but they activated net pack on my cell and now asking me to pay rupees 344. I will not going to pay for it. And i request vodafone operator to look on this matter as without my permission they provided me the net and even now they are not accepting their fault. Either they should help me or i will going to change my sim to other operator.

                Hi, I am a Vodafone customer from very long period. One day I got a message from Vodafone customer service that an amount of Rs. 249 debited from my main balance for the caller tune subscription for one year for which I have never activated. Immediately after that I have raised a complaint to cust care and they deactivated the caller tune and told that the refund will be made within one hour. Its been 4 days since that incident. And today I asked cust care again about the same and they are informing that the refund will not be made as the amount is for one year subscription. And they were saying that if the caller tune is activated by any technical issue also, it will be activated for one month only. I wanted to escalate this issue to the higher official and asked them to let me talk to their manager, bt they did the same arguement with me that its not their fault and the refund will not be made. And when I asked them to show proof that I have activated that, they are saying that there is no such entry to show. Please escalate this issue and let the people know how these mobile network companies work these days.

                  I was using iroam free 5999 pack on my mobile no. From dec 2018. The benefits included under the pack was (Unlimited voice data sms). There was no capping of speed as well. I was therefore continuously using the above pack. At the time of activation of the above pack last month also i was informed about the above benefits through e mail. However, after consuming 15 gb of data the speed was reduced to upto 64 kbps. The said speed downgrade was not there earlier & the same was also not mentioned in the mail sent to me by vodafone at the time of pack activation.

                    Recently, idea cellular is taken over by vodafone. Siince then i am faving issues in the service.

                    Since last two months my 4 numbers are facing below issues in service from idea cellular-

                          I am a consumer of vodafone postpaid service. Based on one of their plans they have given me insurance policy to cover any damage to my phone. A month ago the screen of my phone got damaged. So i raised a claim for the same. The reference number for the same is claim reference no. [protected].

                          These people have collected all the sensitive information documents like my aadhar card, pan card, my marriage certificate, images of my broken phone, aadhar & pan card of my husband etc.
                          Its been 1 month & there is no resolution at their end. All they do is send an email of incomplete documents ask new set of documents. By doing so they have delayed the process by 1 month.

                          What should i as a consumer do now?

                          To verify the documents they have taken 1 month this shows the inefficiency of the team. Extremely bad service, duping customers by providing fake promises of insurance.

                          I will have to move to consumer court if appropriate action is not taken.

                          They are just doing fake advertisements and duping customers. Strict action should be taken against them vodafone india and vodafone shield

                            13th april, 19 - i visited vodafone store at mohali, 3-b2 (Punjab) for changing my postpaid plan of phone number 99*227. Before that i was about to port away to airtel but vodafone people called me up and offered me discounted plan of 299/mnth as 272/ mnth. I was attended by mr. Vivek (Store customer care executive) who raised my request for plan change (Req id[protected]. He also called up vodafone back office executive (Sandeep kaur) for the purpose. She also talked to me and confirmed me that my desired plan will be activated within 48 hrs.

                            13th may, 19 - on receipt of the bill i was surprised to see that my bill is 656/-. When i checked details i found that apx 500 rs. Is the charges for internet usage which indicated that my plan was not changed. When i called up customer care, they informed me that there is no plan change request from my side in any store. She told me that she can raise request rite now but i refused because i was already wrongly charged for the month. But despite of that she raised the request and my plan was changed from that day onward.

                            18th may, 19 - i reached to same vodafone store which i visited a month ago and contacted same customer executive (Mr. Vivek) and told him the whole story. He pulled out my details and confirmed me that i am rite and plan should have changed and bill amount is wrongly raised. He spoke to sandeep kaur and told her the issue. Sandeep kaur also spoke to me and to my surprise she said "sir apko 48 hrs baad confirm karna chaiye tha customer care phone karke k mera plan change hogya ya nai." (Sir you should have called up to check whether your plan has changed or not?).
                            I strongly rejected her response as vodafone want me to call customer care to know that i need to visit vodafone store to change my plan then wait for 48 hrs and then again call to check whether it has got changed or not!!
                            Then she handed over the phone to her senior official mr. Gaurav who spoke to me and offered me waiver of 150 rs which i rejected again as extra amount was 350 rs. He told me that he has this much limit of waiver amount only. He requested me to write this issue to your level which i am doing rite now.

                            At the end, i am highly frustrated with the treatment given to me over this. Surprisingly it take few hours to get a new connection but takes 48 hrs and has to visit store for plan change and then endless follow ups. Company can spends crores of rs on advertisement but ignore existing customers.
                            My complaint was closed without any resolution and no one in the company is ethical enough to provide solution.

                              It is always the same thing with vodafone. They get worse day by day and their network quality falls way faster than that. I always have bad call quality and mobile data reception. Even with a good high end smartphone, vodafone does best not to let users enjoy lag free surfing and interrupted call quality.
                              Even with advanced 4g network, there is absolute no betterment of call quality.

                                  I lost my vodafone sim on 30th may 2019 and i urgently went to the vodafone store for a dim replacement. I got a new sim and the executive said that it will get activated in 4 hrs. But it didn't activated. I visited the store next day and talked to the executive, she said it is on hold from the back end. She mailed someone and said it will be activated in 1 hr. Now this is the next day and still the sim has not got activated. Please look...

                                  I have 4 vodafone number and 4 different mobile devices all 4g compatible
                                  But still there are severe network issues on the below two locations -

                                    Hello this is nitin from lucknow.. I had the offer of 398 on my vodafone number which had checked carefully before the recharge... And the offer had 84 days validity with 117 gb data and unlimited calling... But after recharge.. The vodafone company hasn't provided me the validity of 84 days... And they have provided just 70 days of validity... After so many calls and complaint they are not helping me... And saying that they can't provide the validity on my number... It is a complete worst experience till now from vodafone... I need help regarding this... And want to complaint for this

Against purchase of new connection : [protected]. Looking for ending association with voda fone. Thanks a lot for all your hopeless & worst support as always.

                                      I have been using voda fone no - [protected] from past few years. However have purchased new connection : [protected] @-vodafone stores - near to devegowda petrol bunk, banashankari 2nd stage, bangalore as on few day's back.

                                      Jus now received a pathetic & nonsense message from your team saying that "hello, we are sorry to hear about your decision to leave vodafone. After deactivation, the secondary members of your red together account will continue on their individual postpaid plans. We will contact you within 7 days for your request."

                                      Many times called customer care to speak to supporting staff’s on behalf of solving issues pertaining to red together? Why it's a complete flop show???, having positive hope that customer care @ vodafone is of world class. Contrary to these ideology nobody bothers to attend to customer,, never bothers to meet customer, no religious intention to handover proper solution to customer & they made me to run around like a mad dog, eventhough concern was requested, pleaded... Finally begged, they never bothers to extend any support.

                                      Only one word comes from everybody @ vodafone that they will not be able to solve my genuine problem, come what may happen?. As per them we still living in the era where no customer support shall be extended, they donot have any botheration?,,,,, hence requesting you all, pl cancel my connection from immediate effect so that i will run away from your teams,,,, it's so horrible!!!

                                      It was one of the worst moment in my life since i have begged @ call centres to just solve one of the genuine service issues,,,,, inspite of repeated calls to your customer care representative's, they are not all interested on any body’s call. At some point of time eventhough i have beel looking for necessary sla to address my issues.,,,,,.???//

                                      Every time i have to beg at one or the other person at your call centre to just listen to my compliant. Your service centre nor call centre which is of no help to me. Horribly complete vodafone customer care team butchered my valuable time, energy. 'am completely got frustrated due to such acts of impropriety by your team mate's mindset & callous approach.

                                      Fortunately, 'am moving to your competitor to look for better service as we are into completely in the state of shock due to rubbish experience from vodafone.

                                      Following are few unanswered queries :

                                      Why this type of careless attitude from vodafone staff’s? I'm surprised why there is no quality checks???.

                                      It was found that your front desk employee's - mr. Ganesh @ vodafone stores - near to devegowda petrol bunk, banashankari 2nd stage, bangalore never interested in productive customer interaction. They doesn't bothered to revert back to customer for timely commitments. Unfortunately there is no good qualitative checks done against any commitment’s, why it so?

                                      Why none of the relationship manager’s set right system on behalf of my bad experience with vodafone?

                                      I can’t tolerate these types wrong doing from you?... This shows that vodafone never interested in productive customer interaction’s & transaction’s.. Infact such unhealthy development’s are bringing such embarrassing events to occur repeatedly?

                                      Please cancel all transaction from particularly with vodafone & also with your customer care from immediate effect & cancel my connection with you guys on top priority?.

                                      Same communication forwarded to customer care & also to parent vodafone centre @ cporporate office.

                                      Appreciate positive quick reply & hope you will help me on addressing on such genuine cases, where intervention/ ownership is required.
