Vodafone India — Deactivation of my mobile numbers [protected] and [protected]

I was having [protected] & [protected] numbers which are deactivated now. History of these Sim cards is like: I have purchased this Sim cards from Telenor local market I converted them into Post-paid to Vodafone corporate plan. I found there was some network issue so I converted it in Idea post-paid. In Idea I found there was huge billing issue so I again converted in Vodafone without paying bills. On date of 19th Oct my number was suspended I paid bill immediately to Idea care. And sent mail to Vodafone care with attachment of bill soft copy still my number got deactivated. Now I received mail from Vodafone that numbers are released for recycling process.
