Vodafone India — Delay in activation of number | |||||
I am writing this mail to complain regarding delay in getting services from your end. I lost my i phone on[protected] along with my wallet and i have also registered an fir for the same. I have attached a copy of my fir. I got my sim blocked on the same day i. E. On 14 may, around 9 p. M. Now next day i went to vodafone store in hiranandani, powai, mumbai to get a new sim with the same number for which i was asked to submit a copy of my pan card, they asked me that the sim will get activated within 2 hours and its already been more than 90 hours that my sim hasnt yet activated. Today i again went to vodafone store at hiranandani where the vodafone executive named abhijeet told me that he will again start the process and asked me for pan card which i gave and i asked him 5 times is there a possibility that i need to visit the store again. He said no the sim will get activated within 2 hours. Its already been 5 hours but my sim hasnt yet activated. I am a student studying at iitb and i have lost my phone my money and now vodafone is giving me so much pain. Please do the needful asap. I didnt expected such a poor services from vodafone.
