[Resolved]  Vodafone India — disconnecting incoming calls in validity period

Address:Thane, Maharashtra, 421202

I had done a recharge of rs.169/- which has a validity of 28 days. After the 28 days validity the incoming calls has additional 7 days validity, (As confirmed from the executive), but as the pack expires on 28th day the company stops my incoming facility. When called the customer care they give irrelevant reasons and only demands "you have to recharge for incoming service" even though the number has 7 days validity for incoming. After the complaint raised, receives a text message that unable to reach. Whereas they itself has stopped my incoming service how anyone can connect my number. I am facing problem every month and no solution is provided by company.
