    disconnecting incoming calls in validity period

    I had done a recharge of rs.169/- which has a validity of 28 days. After the 28 days validity the incoming calls has additional 7 days validity, (As confirmed from the executive), but as the pack expires on 28th day the company stops my incoming facility. When called the customer care they give irrelevant reasons and only demands "you have to recharge for incoming service" even though the number has 7 days validity for incoming. After the...

    I have availed a postpaid sim connection with roaming facilities (Connection no: [protected]) and the same have been missed during my abroad visit, i have received a notice for payment of amount rs.1, 086/- despite non-usage. I have paid the said amount under protest and also requested for disconnection of the particular number. The same have not been responded by the vodafone team and as on date i have been receiving notice for payment of another sum of rs.916/- despite my request for disconnection. I want this to be resolved at the earliest. Kindly note that i am not bound to make any further payment including the present illegal demand of rs.916/.

      Hi,

      Its been more than 20 days. I am facing problems with both prepaid and postpaid connections.

      Prepaid

      My mom is using a basic phone of nokia, and its shows full coverage in the phone. However if we try to make any call, the status is shown as network busy. No incoming calls are coming.

      Postpaid

      1. Frequent loss of network bars.
      2. Call drops even when there is good connection

      These problems are with many people in pune, wadgaonsheri area. I am afraid that people might show their outrage of local vodafone stores.

        Dear sir / madam,

        I am customer of vode fone. Today i call in their call center for recharge my fon from fone balance (Which i have enough balance in fone). They give me the number for auto deduct from my fone which is *444*24# & this service is free. I am also activated auto deduct service on my number. But they replied me your service was expired on 27th nov 2019 so we cann't proceed your request. First you recharge rs35/- minimum then we start your service.
        This is not right as customer. One side they give free voda service number & another side they said you recharge rs35/- first.

        Please give necessary, quick action on above matter.

          Idea is the worst network i have ever seen in the state of maharashtra, and you have merged your network with them that impacts the vodafone customers badly. Your cc executives are too smart in making fake commitments.
          Since, 12th september 2019, i am following you guys for the same issue but no results.

                  Sub :my vodafone number has been deactivated and please do not allotted to any other person and active again ([protected])
                  My name moti lal gupta. I have been using my vodafone number ([protected]) past more than 10 years but due to unavoidable circumstances i was not using my number from last few months. I had used my number last was in the first week of jan. The in october 2019 i decided to use number regularly and i realized that there was no service on my phone. I immediately called vodafone customer care and told them about the issue. They told me that its a you can go for vodafone store and i should submit my documents to activate it. I conveyed to them that i have that number past more than 10 years so its not a new number. They did not have answer to it but they told me to just resubmit documents to the nearest vodafone store and number would be activated. I went to vodafone store and told the issue to the executive. But he told me that the number has been not allotted to any other person but it not in my hald to active this number. I was disappointed and asked then how could they do so.. I then tried calling that number to check who has been allotted with my number. Luckily the number was still out of service, so i called customer care again and told them that it looks like number is still not been allotted so i would wanted my number back and i am ready to submit all documents. So they told then i can go to the vodafone store and submit all documents and request for a duplicate sim. But when i went to the vodafone store the executive told me that number is in idle state so he cant help it.

                  I am really disappointed with vodafone for this as they did not bother to intimate me even through mail. Just to get new customers they cannot just ignore existing customers. I have all my banks connected to me through my vodafone number. Even my bank statements go to that number. And also i have some professional connection connected only through that number. As the number is not yet allotted to any person i am sure vodafone should be able to give my number back to me. Please help me to get my number back.

                    I had received an notice for final payment of dues for my number [protected] on date 02/08/2019 for rs 2211/-. The following which i had immediately paid the bill after instructing company not to raise further billing to company through official registered email id & destroyed the sim. But however company continue to bill after multiple reminders on mail. Even they can check their records that after that no call was received and made through that number.

                    Request consumer form and trai and idea to stop raising further bill for god sake. I can't afford and currently facing very bad economial conditions. I can't pay the due amount because i have not used and can't afford.

                      Hello,
                      I am an ex vodafone user. I ported out from vodafone in the month of march and have since been using airtel postpaid.
                      On 18th november, someone got issued the same number as me in vodafone as a prepaid number.
                      Since then, i am only been contacting the customer service, the vodafone gallery. They keep saying they will deactivate the number which shouldn’t have been given to someone else, as i am the rightful owner of that number.
                      I don’t understand how can the same number be alloted to 2 people.

                          This with reference to my vodafone number, i would like to bring to your kind notice that i have been charged wrongly with regards to i-rome daily package from period 29.10.2019 till 11.11.2019 for ₹ 599/-. As i have reached india on 30th october 2019 and i have received your sms (30th oct 2019) mentioning that you are welcome back to vodafone mumbai. Pfa sms screenshot

                          There after i have travelled to sri lanka and i have used your i-roam daily package for the period 06.11.2019 to 10.11.2019 5days (Ending on 11.11.2019 at 2.00 pm).

                          On reaching mumbai i again received the sms (11th nov 2019) mentioning that you are welcome back to vodafone mumbai. Pfa sms screenshot

                          I am unable to understand your one time charge of ₹ 13777/-. You are requested to please give break-up of one time charge of ₹ 13777/-

                          Further, i have made a complaint of the same on vodafone helpline number today i. E. 12.11.2019. Since i was told that i-rome daily package from period 29.10.2019 till 11.11.2019 for ₹ 599/- was applicable after my i-roam pack of 28 day for ₹ 5999/- got over on 28th october 2019. This is absurd and wrong on your part that you keep i-roam daily active even after i have returned to india on 30th october 2019.

                          After that i have travelled to sri lanka from the period 06.11.2019 till 11.11.2019. I can understand that i-roam daily should be charged for this period for 5 days only.

                          You are requested to kindly rectify/ resolve the issue at an earliest. I am now receiving dynamic credit limit sms & email reminder.
                          "this is to inform you that the current billed plus unbilled usage on your vodafone number [protected], has reached 16757. The dynamic credit limit for this number is set at 7500. We kindly request you to make an interim payment 16757 to enjoy our uninterrupted services.”

                          I would like to add that screen shot below of your vodafone app, confirms that my package for i-roam for 28 days at ₹ 5999/- was activated on 02.10.2019.

                          Pfa my lufthansa travel tickets for usa. The travel dates are 01st october 2019 and return date is 28th october 2019. This is a clear indication that i have travel plans for 28 days and this is the reason i choose i-roam for 28 days at ₹ 5999/-.

                          I don’t understand why would i choose a daily package of ₹ 599/- for 28 days which would cost me approximate ₹ 18000/- when i-roam package of ₹ 5999/- is available for 28 days???

                          I also would like to put it in record that i did speak to your call centre executive for activation of i-roam package for 28 days at ₹ 5999/- and same was confirmed by the executive. I don’t remember the date of call but it was between 28th to 30th september 2019. You have your call centre records and you do the call recording for customer experience, so you may hear the call for your confirmation.

                          Further when i spoke to your call centre executive on 12th nov 2019, on receiving vodafone bill, she told that your i-roam package of ₹ 5999/- is still activated and same need to be de-activated and she processed my request for the same. Please see screenshot of the same.

                          Now my question to you is that if my package viz i-roam for 28 days is activated, the same should get de-activated on expiry of its validity of 28 days??? Why do i need to call the customer centre for de-activation of the same. Also when i reached india, i did received your welcome sms, that welcome to india, so what is reason continuing the i-roam package, when the same is expired and you are already in your home network???

                          Further, my dynamic credit limit preset is ₹ 7500/- and you have state of art systems to indicate if a customer crosses its credit limit, you have system alerts in place, so why was there no updates from you for the same???

                          If this is your technical glitches then accept and revise my billing as per the correct procedure.

                          I have been using this number since july 1996, almost 19 plus years, without any defaults of late payments or whatsoever. This kind of excess billing, using coercive tactics of international roaming billings etc, does not add any good customer service reflection in your current scenario. Now, i am really contemplating of moving to other network (Jio or airtel), whom i believe will be fair and justice for a loyal customer like me.

                            We m/s forex fastners p ltd., ludhiana, punjab are a corporate user of vodafone since 2013. Now we want to port our all numbers in jio network requested many times to vodafone to port our numbers in jio network but every times they refused our requests by give a reason i. E. Authorized signatory mismatch.

                            To resolve this reason we again updated authorized signatory in vodafone records and a confirmation email received from vodagone on dt.05/07/2019 for the same.

                            We again lodged a request for port on dt.21/11/2019 but again vodafone rejected our request for port by given a reason i. E. "the porting request is not accompanied by letter from the authorized signatory of the subscriber."

                            These action harass us and shows malafied intention of vodafone.

                            So we request yourgoodself kindly do the needful and help us for port our numbers.

                              From my 121 offers - i click on rs 39 all rounder pack out of the 15 best offers for my mobile number, but the message pops up - shop. Vodafone.in says "invalid parameters".
                              Is it that vodafone is arm twisting to select only higher value offers only, in a bid to reduce its quarterly loss from rs. 50, 000 cr to a bit less than that and avoid going belly up in india

                                Hi, while using phone pay i wrongly selected recharge option while i intended for a bank transfer of 5000rs. The transaction was between me and my husband hence we both are seeking for the reversal of the same as it was done on error.
                                We are in no position to enjoy 5000 rupees of talk time. We would need that amount for some important purpose hence pls reverse this transaction and refund the amount to sender account. If this doesn't happen we will for sure loose trust on vodafone.

                                  Few days ago I recharged for a 1 gb per day net pack but as per my usage and needs I need more gb so that today I recharged again of 1.5 gb perday net pack but after that I lost my last pack of 1gb perday so I want that my both pack will have to be continue as I paid for both the packs and the validity of that pack was also remaining

                                    I am not getting sms and otp for few months now not even from vodafone site. When i raised complaint they closed it without checking it.
                                    Now i have raised a request for port change. They told i will be receiving the port code within 24 days. 3 days later when i called csr they asked why you are changing port? If you are not getting sms or otp that is not vodafone issue. That is issue with third parties. Then they asked me to raise the request sms again. Every time i call they ask me the same thing not even agreeing there is issue with i not receiving sms or otp.
                                    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Worst network in India. I am trying to port other network but they were not even sending messages to 1900 number.

                                    Please consider as serious issue. I am ready to file a case

                                      I had offer of double data on a recharge on 199 and 399.. I chosen 399 2gb/day... But after recharge i got only 1.4gb...

                                      This is completely unfair to misguide customer to continuously ping them about an offer... That is actually a misguiding offer to attract...

                                      And when tried to call customer care about it... Call was automatically disconnected...

                                      Disappointed by once upon a time most customer oriented service provider...
